This location wasn’t even open for business until July! I don’t understand why my drop off was there if it’s not even open? Then a field representative had to go get the truck and I was quoted $41 for my overage in mileage. I was charged $64 and change. When I called a representative, she was not a nice person and quite rude. I will never rent from U-Haul again. There’s other trucks to be rented!

Kathryn TPickup location is not at Ovid Mini storage, you have to drive into Ovid to pick up your rental at the Ovid Big M, no big deal, then you are asked to return your rental to Ovid Mini storage. I had zero cell service to complete the return which was returned 3hrs prior to the return time... I took time stamped photos and called U-Haul direct to confirm my return... They claimed it was "all taken care of" it's now been 4 days since my return and U-Haul has charged and retracted my payment 6 separate times and still continues to charge my account... Go somewhere else, anywhere else but here

Anthony KThis is a shady location, they send you to one location then when you check in they tell you to go to a different location because thats where the truck is. then when you drop it off it tells you to go to the the first location only to add more miles and drive to where the truck is to bew dropped off. there is no one around and they try to charge you extra because they base your return time off when Uhaul notifies them of your return. I have rented many Uhauls or the years but i will never Rent one from this location again. Renter BEWARE

Robert PThe UHaul truck and trailer reservation system is not the best. For example, I went online and reserved a trailer for pickup at a specific location. A UHaul representative then called me several days later to inform me the equipment was available for rent at a location 25 miles away and the equipment was not available at the location I requested.

Kevin DUhaul wasn't available even though there was a guarantee it would be available. Had to drive 20 miles away to pickup the truck. Then I have been charged for fuel at the end even though I dropped it off with a full tank. I called customer service and was told I would recieve a call back and have heard nothing.

It’s convenient for uhaul but not the customer. The parking lot we returned The truck to was dark and trying to take a ton of pictures in the dark and cold is less than desirable.

Wesley AThe woman who ran the location was beyond rude and very unhelpful. It was a very upsetting experience. Our truck was separated, away from all the other trucks; around the side of the building. The lady behind the counter did not know where our truck was. We walked around the building in the rain / snow to find it. No one offered us assistance.
