The lock box on the truck was not clear and I was lucky I figured it out. The app told me to get the keys from inside and the location was closed. I noticed the lockbox and finally tried to open it and figured out it was not locked. I had already called the 800 number at that point. So that part was very confusing and did not follow the app instructions. Otherwise I love renting this way and using the phone. Makes life much easier.

The folks at the Overlake Towing location were good and all of my interactions with them were positive - BUT - the treatment I feel I got from the 453 Rainier Ave location will keep me from ever trusting Uhaul again. I made a reservation with them on 12/23/19 for a trailer for use on 01/04/20 & got confirmation via text and phone call - but they called me on 01/02/20 to tell me that they wouldn't have the equipment and gave me what seemed like a made up story about the dispatch people not checking with them to make sure the equipment was available - I later checked my phone records and the confirmation call came from the location, not a separate dispatch location.

The reservation was booked to pick up the vehicle at 12 PM. The office was closed for Lunch. I had to wait 50 minutes for the person to return at 12:50 PM. He said that this office always closes from11:30 to 12:30 for lunch and that he was a bit late too and that it was not his fault but the booking agency...

Not have a tail light that isn’t working and cost me half a day dealing with your issue that resulted in multiple trips to various UHaul’s to fix it.

Location is very hard to find and in a poorly maintained building. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, the only person there was just leaving to go run an errand. Wouldn't stay and help me hook up the trailer. Had to wait nearly 40 minutes before he returned. Also leased the trailer for a day. Had to wait to pick it up, but still go a text that I had to have it back at 5:00 PM after not getting it until 11:30. Took it back shortly after 7:00 AM the next morning. Haven't seen my bill yet, but should not be charged for a late fee or another day. All in all, poor experience.

The guy there was awesome and very responsive. He was about 20 min late though. They had misplaced the key to their ball hitch lock and had to give me a different truck. The 2nd truck was parked way up the street and I had to walk there. I finally got out of there about 45 min after I arrived.

Fake charge. Rent a pick up truck for $350 a day is insane. Get no response from customers service either. Will see your cooperation in court for sure

Bellevue was the perfect location for us. It was after dark. The buildings were closed. It was difficult to figure out the desired location that was required. Left the truck in an obvious location in that area. Hoping it was okay.

I've always had great experiences with Uhaul, but this was my best one yet! The checker was super helpful without being overbearing. He had a wonderful attitude, and he got us what we needed in a timely manner. I would recommend this location for sure!

When i went to 1503 128th place ne Bellevue Wa To drop off the car (as noted in contract and was directed by uhaul dispatch) i was told that there is no spot for truck and i need to drop off in somewhere else When i asked the reason and complained about their service i was told to get the f*** Out of store Excellent customer service U-Haul !!!!!

Don't rip me off on the gas. Took it out; marked at half tank. Drove SIX (6) MILES. Gauge still showed half tank upon return. Clerk said "we'll check it in tomorrow". 2 days later got the bill, with 3 GALLONS fuel added and claim it was 7/16 full on return. Really? Did I get 2 miles per gallon on that rig?

There was no one there when I originally went to pick up the truck. I'd checked in and played online. While there and just wanting to get the truck and go the gentleman decided to screw with my order and kept me there much longer than I needed to be. I told him I'd have it back by 5 and he said he'd still be there but when I pulled in to return at 4:54pm there was no one there. I have always used Uhaul but I'll never use this location again.

Three major things 1. There should be someone to guide you till the vehicle, cross verify the odometer reading and fuel tank reading to make sure they are inline with the bill generated. I have been overcharged for 24 miles. 2. You should also give a walk through on the operation of the vehicle and its various controls. You don't expect your customer to know everything since they don't drive a Uhaul truck every day. 3. Your people should know how to respond to a customers complaint, instead of putting the blame on them.

Fast and easy but too expansive - $20 rental, 1.09 a mile(50 miles=$55) . Plus you pay tax and environmental fee. So if you plan on driving it about 50 miles it's gonna run you about $80. Better ask your friend for $50 to help you out.
