Employees were nice but rented me an auto transport encapsulated in ice and snow. I had to spend my own time and money deicing it before I could use the ramps or straps. Weather happens, it shouldn't be my responsibility to de-ice. I was also double charged for my rental.

My driver is responsible for paying $472 even though my driver was forcibly removed from the uhaul truck under his name, roadside wouldn't report the truck stolen even though it was stolen. They were helping my sick mother's now ex renters move out of my mom's basement. They forcibly removed my driver out of the uhaul truck and did not clean the uhaul truck at all. And my driver is still responsible for paying this money even though it's not his fault the uhaul was stolen from him. This is bull crap that my driver was forcibly removed by my mom's ex renters from the uhaul and the ex renters never cleaned the uhaul. I highly would never recommend ever renting a uhaul. All these hidden fees, environmental fee ECT.

Truck should have a full tank to return full. Received a 1/4 tank truck and returned a 1/4 tank but accidentally marked a half tank on return. Got charged $72 for missing gas that was never missing. Also truck should have basic feature such as cruise control.

Get your employees work phones or tablets or something so they don't have to take pictures of customers drivers license on their personal phone . It's unprofessional and a little scary with all the identity theft nowadays.

I think your pricing model needs work. The daily advertised rate more than doubled by the time you were done adding all the hidden fees on. That is very dishonest advertising. We've always rented Ryder trucks and will most likely return to them for future needs.

I use a truck for 2 hours and it cost me about 85 bucks and no military discout, I will not use that place again and I will tell others to not use that place!!

Have the truck with dolly I ordered in it. Took 20 min to do mobile check in and I still had to go inside

I can’t believe that they just wanted me to park truck and turn in keys. That’s it nothing they said I would get a email in 15-20 minutes have a good day. Wait what do I told the kid I wasn’t leaving until we did a walk around and he said the truck was good to go. So he made me wait about 15 minutes then came out and did our walk around. Never again .
