It would be nice to have an attendant on the receiving end and the drop off end to address these issues with. Will it use Uhaul again.

Randall RDidn't contact dropoff location or have any interaction but it has a good amount of space for dropping off even the big 26' trucks. Easy to get to as well.

Eric FOutdoor Escape RV was wonderful to work with. U-Haul, the company, absolutely stinks!!! You assume everyone has a smart phone or internet to conduct all business. Renting the truck was easy. Returning it was an absolute nightmare. I will not recommend U-Haul ever and I truly hope to never need them again in the future. I will, however, continue to do business with Outdoor Escape RV.
TIM JPick up was confusing and frustrating. Not the locations fault, the app is horrendous and “24/7 pickup” is a lie. I had to call customer service and wait on hold for 15 minutes before I could get the keys for the truck. Once my 45 minute pick up process was done, the inside of the cab was dirty. I had reserved furniture blankets and a dolly as well, which were no where to be found. I went back to the app to report this, but there was no option to do so. I was on a time crunch to move, so I just had to deal with what I had. Once I dropped off the truck, the location was open and I informed the associate inside of the missing items. I was still billed for them. A few days later, Uhaul customer service reached out and processed a refund for the items. Just an overall garbage experience on a day when I was moving so I was already stressed.
