The people at outdoor and more are very helpful.

Nobody was at the store even though they’re posted hours said they were open. Took me over two hours online and on hold to pick up my vehicle. Kept waiting for a callback from Kevin only to find once I talk to a real human being that stayed on the line and didn’t put me on hold that the registration process was never even started under Kevin. The location was 30 miles out of my way so the pick up and return cost me an extra $60 to my bill because of the mileage. I will never pick up another vehicle from this location. I will cancel my reservation. In the past I’ve always had great service picking up at performance automotive in Jonesville Michigan. I will NEVER pick up another vehicle from Coldwater.

Very upset that I had to go to the west side of Chicago to pick up the truck. The center was locked with a note on the door saying that they would be back in 45 minutes. Lots of fun sitting on the west side waiting for your staff. Turns out a staff member was there but sleeping in the back room. I asked for some compensation on the rental price due to the inconvenience but was told that could not be done and if I didn't want the truck it wasn't their problem.

The woman at the front desk was amazing! I think her name is Mari. (?) So friendly, efficient and pleasant, despite a long line of customers early on a Sunday morning. She was a delight. My only gripe - the computer system seemed to be very slow. I don't know if this is something that can be fixed? But the human customer service was fantastic!

Very friendly staff, walked through the vehicle inspection and backed out the van for me.

contracted to pick up equipment at 8am and no one was at the facility. 6 phone calls during the day later, and I picked up my rental 7 hours later. I demand the $50. compensation for your shoddy handling of my contract. Facility worker wore flip flops and tank top looking very unprofessional representing UHaul. My work day because of your snafu was major inconvenienced.

The order was miscommunicated. The equipment we ordered was not available for us on pick up and we had placed our order months prior. We went to the UHAUL store to get the equipment and they did have the tow we needed but told us that we could not have it as it was reserved for someone else. We went back to our location and waited as the tow was not available for hours and then finally came back to get the tow that we were told we could not have initially. The UHAUL was very clean and maintained well. It was hard to control the lights during the night drive. We were unsure of how to turn the head lights on so it might of been more beneficial to have a thorough introduction of how to drive and operate.

The truck reeked of smoke and it made me sick~ The people were friendly and efficient.

This is not specific to this location, but U-haul in general should have a feature to select a time to pick up the truck when booking the reservation. I had an out of town move and was unable to pick up my truck until 3pm!!

The rental place was good and service was fine, I am just very displeased with Uhaul changing my pick-up location to somewhere very inconvenient and far away. I had requested the Lincoln Park location which was 5 minutes from my apartment, and then Uhaul assigned this location, which took 40 minutes to get to. I was not pleased with how my moving day began that morning.

I had issues with uhaul reservations- incompetent- who sent and confirmed a 7am reservation at a location that doesn't open till 8am. Had to wait in cold in the middle if nowhere. There seems to be a lack of communication and training in the whole company. I was fed erroneous info multiple times that made for many personal and economical complications. Nobody was "trained" to help fix problems and passed me on to multiple phones and customer service representatives that were filled with sorry's and no solutions

Junior and Jasmine were both extremely kind and helpful - I don't know what I would have done without their help. I will most definitely recommend the 2 of them and this location to everyone I meet who's looking to move. Thank you Junior and Jasmine for ALL your help - you truly were a blessing during my move across country!!

The wonderful U-Haul representatives at Interstate Towing & Recovery Inc, 4200 W Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60651 were more than helpful. They demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and customer service. I would most certainly rent from them again. Also, I plan to recommend others to rent from U-Haul becuase of them.

First of all, this was not the location I chose. I found out the day before my scheduled pick-up that I had to come to this location, which was nowhere near my house. Once I got there, it took 30 minutes and 3 employees to pick up my truck. They did not know how to use the computer program to add a few boxes to my reservation and then charge me for all of it. They did not keep me in the loop about what was taking so long and were acted like they could care less, though I was apologized to for the delay. This was terrible customer service and is totally unacceptable.

This location was extremely far away from my apartment and I passed several other U-Haul facilities on my way, it did not seem practical for me to drive so far. But, this specific site had friendly staff, well maintained vehicles- no poor comments for the actual site.

I tried two U-Haul dealers before finding this one as a drop off point. Both of them on Lake Street in Chicago and both on your website. They would not take the trailer back! They forwarded me to 1700 N. Cicero in Chicago, which was a bit further than this location. I stumbled upon this location while driving toward Cicero. As a customer, this was quite dissappointing. The folks at Interstate Towing were very helpful, which is a plus for U-Haul, but having it be so difficult to drop a U-Haul product at a U-Haul dealer was quite upsetting.
