Firstly, our UHAUL was not ready to be picked up on the date. This forced us to wait 45 minutes on the customer service line to finally get re-routed to a different UHAUL center 25 minutes away. Then, when we arrived we got our truck but it was missing the utility dolly. Overall, terrible experience and I will not be using UHAUL again. I will be talking to customer service.

Mark StressmanThe truck appeared clean, but there were old bottles and some sort of prescription left as well as nasty sticky stuff and hair and gooo all over the floor under and around both seats. Also the truck batter kept dying while I had no other vehicle to jump it.

David CLARKBrought the truck back 2 days early. Was closed so called the next day. Truck wasn’t checked in yet. Never heard from them about if everything was good when i turned it in and no email saying all good.
John RaganPick up was a nightmare...was told multiple things by multiple people. Finally after 3 stops and several phone calls later got a truck. The air conditioner stopped working the last 9 hours into a 17 hour trip driving in Florida. Otherwise was a newer truck and handled much like a car.
Lizabeth DenneyThe process was simple however the back of the truck was extremely dirty and needs to be cleaned Also not sure if it was this location or not but I was charged multiple times by U-Haul upwards of 400$ when the first rental was 70 something dollars and the second was only 39. Not sure why there are 5 charges to my card.
STEPHEN TOLIVERNeighborhood was sketchy and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car out on the street. The rest of the rental experience was fine.
Anna ThompsonThe online pickup process was a bit time consuming and took 30 mins for me and required me to call for registration assistance twice. The registration link wouldn’t refresh for my input of family members info. Drop off was fine and quicker.

Fredricka YelletsIt was shocking to agree to a price of $359, based on the mileage anticipated, and knowing that I would have to pay for 3 days rental charge because the computer had only scheduled me for one day instead of 4, then upon return, to have to pay $200 more! I didn't drive that many miles worth! To the best of my ability, I will not ever rent from uhaul again. I also didn't realize, obviously my fault, that I would be paying 79 cents a mile. I don't think the ads I saw listed a rate that high, and it's impossible to get any information from you without making a new reservation. I'm done. My next rental is already set up through Enterprise.

Karen KileWhen charging card it is very helpful to sent a email attachment of charge to the rental explaining the total cost add up. I just got charged higher than i thought but there was no receipt or emails to see details of what lead to the higher total.

BERNARD HANCOCKI think it was a problem with the system as a whole. I made the reservation online and it said I was all set. Logged back in the next day and didn’t see the reservation. Called customer service and they said it was sent to wrong email. They straighten it out and it was now showing on my account when I logged in. I did the “express” check-in online and it sent an email that said once again that I was all set. Went to the location to get keys any they said I should have beven given a code to access keys. Well I was never emailed a code. 30 minutes later i finally have the keys. So much for express check-in. I will say that the person at the location was very apologetic.
