The truck was clean and ran good the only problem was there was a small hole in the roof and my stuck got wet from the rain

This has nothing to do with this pick up location. I originally made a reservation for pick up in Jeffersonville, KY 10 days before the pick up date. No one contacted me saying the location was changed to 30 mins farther away. I found out at 6:50pm when your customer service closes at 7pm. I was supposed to pick up my truck the next day. I was treated like crap by your customer service representative. His name was Robert and his number is 502-491-4184. He hung up on me and never confirmed my reservation. When I tried to call back it was after 7pm so he wouldn’t answer. I was able to finally get a truck the next day but I had to call multiple places. Also I reserved furniture pads and an appliance dolly but where I finally found a truck they didn’t have them. This was the worst experience ever. This has nothing to do with pick up location.

The drop off location was ok, but there was no drop box anywhere for the key. I walked entirely around the building. So I had to just leave my key dangling in their metal wire door. I brought the truck back a few minutes before 8am, but they didn’t open until 10am. I felt nervous to leave it like that.
