We went for a trailer but our hookup for the lighting didnt work. I couldn't get it to wire correctly so we needed up having to use a van instead. So instead of a $14.95 rental it turned into a $50 rental. Not too happy about that. Other than that this place has been super nice to us and very accommodating. Thank you for that!!

Workout the details with the web based agent-less pickup. It's a great idea that almost works, but needs better explanation and easier recovery for location agents when things don't go well with the website.

It was not a good GPS ..stated turn on 8th which I did. Had to figure out where the place was GPS or your company may want to add a directional to find it in. Traffic I was happy it was a small truck But rather than turn right on 8th and 100 feet on left ..maybe print directions that say 100feet past 8th turn right into location and maybe actually have it opened till 5 as stated on the sign I was there at 3 .

The vehicle was not cleaned and in fact had significant pet hair on the passenger seat - preventing my partner from riding with me as she’s allergic to dander. This despite the vehicle only having 372 miles on it - no excuse!

App is not time saving. I complete my reservation at home. Then have to be at location to finish. It’s ridiculous that you have to have a phone number for someone in case I don’t return. However you don’t tell the renter you will be callin so we don’t advise the person. You then call my mother and then she tried to call back and on hold for ten min. She is now confused too. The lady tells me I need to show a passport or rental agreement. 1 this should of been done when I was home as I don’t carry with me. 2. I’m a homeowner and don’t have a rental agreement. 3 no you can’t call my company it’s the weekend and they are closed plus they don’t need to be bothered because I’m renting. Took way too long waiting once we arrived app was supposed to make it easier. Would have been quicker to just rent at a counter.

I originally rented from another location. But when I arrived that location was closed and no one answered the phone. I called the next closest location (810 N Broadway) and he transferred my reservation over to his place and made it great. Turned a very frustrating situation into a very pleasant one.

Rate per mile is ridiculous. Seems like a good deal and then with fees etc it was over $230 for such a short time.

The store I reserved with didn't have the trailer I reserved. 2 out of 3 trailers are in disrepair, per the employee. He did credit me most of my rental however I was sent to another store and couldn't return the trailer to my original "local" store without doubling the cost. This cost me money to cover the extra time it took my coordinated "tow" vehicle/driver, having to run around when uhaul should have the equipment in a rentable state. Both sites stated that they have "down" equipment. This hurts your rep and bottom line.

This location was 30 miles north of where I had a truck reserved for me in MtLk terrace when I got to MtLk Terrace he had no trucks I lost half a day labor costs and paid for much more gas aren't I entitled to your $50 garintue ? Please advise Robert mcconnell

There was no latch for the middle seat belt. My daughter had to ride 78 miles without a seat belt. Very unsafe and this should be repaired immediately. Very disappointing!

Uhaul corporate made this an EXTREMELY difficult and horrible expeirence. I had to drive 2 hours from my home to pick up and drop off the trailer, and was not told about the location change untill AFTER I was supposed to pick up. Luckily the man working this location stayed after hours over and hour to help us. Uhaul needs to change its practices.

Ruel does a wonderful job here in North Everett.ent out to make sure we knew and had all basics of uhaul tow etc, ...I feel the policy of gas as you find it leave it. Not good and darn inconvenient. Receive the vehicle on Full and leave it on full. Unless corporate finds it to their advantage to make a $$ off it

Easy pick up and drop off. The office manager was friendly and helpful. He was also willing to help us answer any questions we had. Will likely use again.

We had our tow rig break down and it was going to cost us $140 to return it the closest uhaul. So in an emergency situation I felt even more frustrated with the fact that I would have to pay that much. The location I got the trailer from was great though.

How did I know there was going to be a problem with this transaction? When I arrived to pick up the truck there was a very uncomfortable argument going on with a previous customer about an over billing that was charged to them that they were trying to resolve, with not much luck by the sounds of it. Even though they had proof and the numbers on the contract didn’t add up. When I was helped the lady working took me to the truck to inspect it. We checked all the damage and went over the controls. What I found odd was when I looked up into the truck to read her off the mileage she seemed annoyed and went in to check it herself, I thought, but she seemed to pass right over that part. I even had to point out that the gas on the contract was wrong, said ¼ when it was actually 3/8. I did the math on the entire route I drove the truck and the max mileage should have only been 76 miles not the 89 listed on the invoice. When I returned the truck there was no one in the office so I just left it there like I was instructed. Being that I intended to go through the check-in process I wasn’t able to get any proof of what the mileage actually said (I had locked it and put the keys in the box before I thought about the pictures). I should have taken pictures of everything so I could make sure your employees are doing what they get paid to do and what we as customers EXPECT them to do and not have to go above and beyond gathering enough evidence to battle you in court over mistakes made by whoever is managing your vehicles. I understand this was not a regular U-haul dealer (Our Mini Storage) but there has to be a standard across the board for the vendors renting out your vehicles. If that truck wasn’t the last one in Everett I would have walked away after I first walked in the door and was presented with the shouting match about them screwing up someone else’s bill. I had rented many times from u-haul and never had any issues. I will be following up on this either with the facility I rented it from or U-haul corporate, whatever it takes. This is not acceptable and needs to be addressed.

My family has kept a storage unit for years and rented U-Hauls from this location several times and always been met with a smile. They are been extremely helpful in all situations over the years. Great People!!!!
