Our pickup was changed in the system to a location that was not setup for the virtual pickup. We ended up getting charged an additional $23 dollars, which they could not explain, and the hand cart we reserved was not on site. So, should have had a credit for that. They also did not walk the truck with us, and it was not a virtual option since it was switched on us. This was NOT ok. The truck also leaked in the rain. Which may have been found if we did a walk.DAVID T.

Everything was very confusing and I was never able to access anything from the app. I was sent to 2 different locations before I finally got a phone confirmation from the location I ended up at. The woman at the Our Little Store location was super helpful and made the rest of the experience much better. I totally appreciate her help and wish I could remember her name so I could put it here to say thanks.DAVID G.

Brakes were extremely weak, driver wiper blade did nothing for me in the rain, steering box needs tightened (sloppy steering with grinding in corners) cigarette ash in ash tray, burns to plastic on dash and smelt of a farm inside the cabMichael B.
The problem I had with our rental is that this was not the location that I chose and also it was not the location that was emailed to me. I went to get the truck and they said they didn't have it. I had to call several locations to find out where the truck actually was. The guy at the correct location was very good but otherwise I was disappointed in Uhaul overall.Jennie S.
Returned the truck to this location they asked if the vehicle was clean. I said yes ask them if they wanted to inspect it they said no. I ask for receipt they said they had to compute some things and that I would get a email receipt. When I got the email there was a $25 cleaning fee. The only thing I can figure out is the only reason they wouldn't inspect it and give me a receipt was so they could try and charge me $25 for cleaning fee and hoping I wouldn't notice it. I would not recommend this location to anybody. If I could give less than one star to this location I would. They are crooked. Displeased customer Greeley Colorado.mike R.

They had no idea what they was doing took me 45 minutes to check in. Poorly maintained equipment had to take back the appliance dolly and change it out with another.Joseph H.
Confirmed pick up time was 8am. Agent arrived at 8:30. There was no pre-trip inspection by the agent. Truck was covered in snow and ice. The agent handed us the keys and stayed inside. We loaded the furniture dolly and sat in the truck while it warmed up and cleared the windshield. There was no ice scrapper in the truck. There was a hole in the corner of the box with a plastic bowl in place to catch water, although at this time is was below freezing so it wasn't a problem We were late meeting our loading crew because of the delays with the truck. Very friendly customer service. This transaction was smooth with no issues. They had numerous trucks on hand. The truck I rented was a 15 ft and it was very clean and ran smooth with plenty of power. I have rented from this location multiple times with no issues.Anthony F.
I have to give them 1-star for extra charges. Uhaul site gives daily rates, and when you pick up your equipment they ask you how long you think you'll have the equipment. The scammy part is if you say you'll have your equipment for 4hrs if you keep it for 12hrs they will charge you $89.95 even though the daily rate is $29.95 due to having it out 3 times longer than you estimated. I estimated 6hrs and made it back within that time, but unfortunately, the people at my location were slow on getting me out, and after returning the keys I guess they were slow on checking me back in. All that ended up putting me 15-30 minutes over 6hrs so they charged me for 2 days, double what it should have been! Be warned. I would recommend staying clear or always estimating 24hrs!Joseph C.
I had to use this location because my original location at Greeley Shippers Supply had a truck but no keys for my reservation. In a last minute effort I went to Our Little Store and they helped me with everything in a professional and friendly way. I was on my way in 10 min.Leslie S.

This store was selected as my uhaul return location when I moved to Greeley. I will start off by saying this store is DISGUSTING. The manager does not know how to accept a uhaul return, he marked my truck as 4 days late and 400 miles over the limit. After talking to the uhaul rep I rented from, I was informed that he was supposed to fix this mistake moths ago! Now I have received a collections notice and am having to deal with this B.S. two months after the fact!Bradley P.
This was a very good experience, they had a good selection of inventory to choose from to fit your needs. Many of the other Uhauls in the area were completely out of stock. Customer service was A++.mark R.

This location needs to get organized and train there employees on how to check out and check in customers. I was there over an hour for both the check out and the check in just because the people didn't know how to work the computerBRADY M.

The line of questioning here is entirely off base. I requested a fifteen foot truck leaving from Fort Collins over a week and a half ago, at around 2:30 in the afternoon yesterday while I was almost done with my cross country move a representative from the Fort Collins location called and informed me that my truck would not be available and instead I would be routed to Greeley, some 35 miles away. I don't understand why exactly I made the reservation in the first place of this is how it would be handled. The women who helped me in Greeley was fantastic and want in no way for this review to reflect upon her or her employers, the blame lies squarely with Uhaul. This is not the first time I have been told last minute that my reservation would not be honored by uhaul, but it will certainly be the last. I will never use your services ever again.Ryan D.

There was a crack pipe in the back of the truck. Really glad I didn't get pulled over and my life ruined over some one else's shitty life!!!! Hands down the worst rental experience of my life!! In the first hour I went to pick up the trailer that I had reserved for a week and it was not there. Called uhaul and they said it was at a location close by. Went there and they laughed. Called again and they said I have to go to Nebraska to get the trailer I reserved. To say the very very least....I will never ever no matter what use uhaul again!!!!!!!!!!!Thomas C.

I lived in Thornton, Colorado and it was inconvenient to have to drive an hour away to pick up a truck and then drive to another location to pick up a auto carrier. Very unacceptable. The vehicles did not have a full tank in them and I was charged for fuel which I believe is not fair that I be charged for fuel.Steven K.

I returned the rental truck with a bit more gas in it then when I got it and they charged me $43 in gas after I had left and I showed him a picture of the tank when I picked it up. Coincidentally he is the owner of a gas station where I returned the vehicle. Shady and rude.Tyler D.
