Had to wait atleazt 20 minutes and answer all the same questions s I did on the website. Then the trailer was not swept out. And they had a broom leaning against the fence right beside the trailer.Zach S.

I rented three trailers for a move and was returning two of them early. He wanted us to leave the returned trailers on the street which I thought was an insecure place since I was liable for them until their return was verified, so I requested a printed return receipt I was told it would be emailed to me later, however since the equipment I was liable for was to be left on the street and NOT on or in the facility property I again requested a printed receipt. He refused and stated it would be emailed so rather than leave the trailer down the street from the facility gate I dropped them off near the gait and took photos of them. He became beligerante and started to yell that he didn't want them there and began using profanities at me got up in my face and that I was making more work for him. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of his customers. I contacted another service center and uhaul transfer center so that I could drop off my other trailer scheduled for a later return elsewhere. This individual should not be in customer service or representing Uhaul.Mike L.

I drop the car off on a Sunday I was told to go to a link that was not provided for call the number and I ended up getting charge for half our feet you know I'm supposed to have it available on Sunday and it was during working hoursRandy J.

I was charged twice for a dolly we didn't even use and was charged an extra $75 for an extra 2hrs. Not a fan, definitely have had better experiences at other U-Haul partersMatthew G.

Answer the phone or return phone calls would be a good start. Not letting equipment go out that you have issues with attaching in the beginning and telling your customer that it will be ok because you used WD40 on it. Well it wasn't ok. Then to top it all off I waited 3 hours just to talk to a Uhaul roadside service agent. Not a happy customer.Lisa M.

The office smelled so strongly of pot that I was getting nauseas while trying to do the paperwork. It was enough that my passengers could smell it on my clothes when I got back in the truck after attaching the trailer.Jason R.
