Contact less location. No customer service. Will never use again. Tour app does not work properly. Very frustrating.

Sidney KUhaul return app kept showing errors. There were no personnel on the premises during the day at the return location. Hung around for over an hour not knowing what to do. Suddenly app states payment complete and gives us instructions for leaving the vehicle. Beware dropping off to unmanned locations.
JOSEPH CVehicle was not clean (especially windshield). The mirrors were loose and unusable. I had to purchase allen keys to tighten the mirrors down.
Sam TI returned my truck at 345 pm which would be normal business hours in most places. I walked the lot for 15 minutes looking for an employee and trying every door. There was no one around so I did what most people would do I put my key in the after hours box even though it was only 400. I called Uhaul to let them know and after almost an hour hold I told them the situation to make sure I wasn't charged an extra day. The representative then told they had just checked the truck in and charged me $20 for not checking it in correctly through the phone app. My text message said after hours check in. Someone checked the truck in at 450. Why was I charged $20? I will be using someone else in two weeks when I have to take my stuff out of storage.
