Location staff very friendly and they're amazing ill go again if needed great deal as well

The rental vehicle functioned as expected and worked well to get the job done. However, there were multiple issues with the rental processes. When I received the rental it was almost out of gas. The cashier told me to return it at a 1/4 tank and that I'd be reimbursed for the gas I put in initially to bring it up to a quarter tank before moving. It took $50 to fill it to the requested amount and the company is trying to only reimburse me for $18. I also had to go out of my way to initially fill the tank. Further more, the back of the rental was dirty and still had items in it from the previous renter. The location is also inflating their mileage, they up charged me by around 6kms. At the end of the day I'm being put through the wringer trying to get the charges on my credit card corrected. I have spoken to the rental location, and customer service and now I'm waiting for a manager to reach out to me to discuss the issue again. I understand that mistakes happen, but I spoke with the representative at the rental location and showed them the gas bill and they assured me I'd be reimbursed. After my experience I can not recommend that anyone use this location as I'm currently out over $40, in a seemingly easily preventable situation and it is being a head ache to correct these issues.

I booked to pick up at 9:00 a.m., the guy showed up at 9:20. When I went to leave, there was no gas in the vehicle. I was told it was going to be like $56, and ended up getting charged $94.

First of all, the person in charge was not there, so I had to deal with one of the grocery store clerks who didn't know the system. It took 2 hours to sort things out and get the truck. The inside of the truck was decently clean. The brakes started shaking within 1 hour. We managed to load the truck at the 1st location but by the time we arrived at the 2nd location, the left brake stopped working and we were barely able to stop. We had to call to have the truck taken away as I was not getting back into it to drive anywhere.

He gave me 4 furniture and no utility dolly. Poor customer service and not willing to help at all. And charge me for gas and utility dolly for no reason.

Renter was more concerned on changing prices on his food products in the store. When i walked in he said he would be with me in a minute and then 10 minutes later someone else from the back saw me and came out to help. Once I paid for the trailer, he just said it was outside and i can get it. Did not come outside to show me anything. Do not get groceries at this place either, while waiting i was looking at some packages of food on the shelf and there were flies sealed in the bag

U-Haul booked this location for 8:30 pick up, even though store opens at 9am. Store employee arrived late at 9:17am, and didn't know how to use reservation system. Had to wait until after 10am to get my equipment. Did not provide blankets which I was charged for. Truck being late cost even more money because my movers were unable to load truck. Had to book movers for a second shift, delaying move process by 6 hours. Moving experience was horrible due to Uhaul booking system error, location of pickup being unable to do their part correctly, making the whole experience awful. I would not use U-Haul again, nor recommended anyone else to.
