Almost rented from there, but personnel let me know price would be better if I rented near my destination. Facility is fine but very small and difficult to get into and out of, but not much they can do about that. I will certainly use them again.David T.

I gave an average rating because the van was in good shape and the customer service from the man we spoke with was fine. However, I would have given a below average rating for the location itself and the technical difficulties. The mobile pickup/drop-off did not work after trying several different times from different phones. There is also no space to park/leave your car at this location.Rebecca H.

Clean the interior of the moving van, a lot of my things are now stained because of the dirty the U-Haul was. The man at the counter was nice but the van itself was very dirty inside. I do have photos for reference if needed.Emily A.

The truck was very dirty in the cab and I had to clean it thoroughly before feeling comfortable being in it for my long ride. The drivers side mirror would not stay in place making it unsafe to drive. There were no USB ports in the truck and the 9v connection did not work making it impossible to charge a phone. After calling U-Haul twice, I am still waiting for a call back from customer service management regarding these other issues with my truck rental. I do not know where responsibilities lie with the overall truck condition to evaluate the pick up location fairly.John D.

Picked up truck and trailer at this location. I asked the man working to make sure the trailer lights worked; they didn't. He assured me it was fine and I could just put the hazard lights on my wife's car as I towed it and the trailer lights did not need to work. I told him I was absolutely not taking a trailer without working lights. The man got visibly irritated and told me he had two more trailers and that he would go hook it to the truck. He got in the rental truck and pulled off quickly, again visibly irritated. He loaded the new trailer and I was in the driver seat and I asked him to check the lights as I hit the brakes and both turn signals. He told me that all the lights were working. I thanked him for getting me a new trailer and went home. My wife and I spent several hours loading the 20 foot truck and then hooked up the trailer. At this time I checked the lights again with my wife and became angry when the lights did not work as the tech said they did at the pick up location. I called Uhaul Roadside Assistance and a repair man showed up an hour later. The repair man found that the wire for the left light was pulled out and not connected at all after cutting off the rivets that secure the light, and also there was a blown fuse under the hood. The tech at the pickup location blatantly lied to me as there was no possible way the lights were ever working according to the repair tech. He fused the wires back together and re-secured the light cover, although he did not do so with rivets. I loaded my wife's car onto the trailer and secured it and got ready to leave early in the morning. After I left in the morning, I got about an hour down the road and looked in the left side mirror. I noticed that the light that had been repaired was now bouncing on the highway as I drove. I pulled over to attempt to fix myself but by the time I was able to pull over safely the light was completely missing. I tried walking up and down the highway to try to locate and reattach the light but could not find it. Horrible experience that should never have happened. I am beyond irritated that I spent money on faulty equipment and delayed my move only to have the equipment fail again once it was fixed.James M.
The truck was filthy food and drink all over the floor and dash the wiper blades were so worn they did not work. The shocks are completely worn out and I bounced all the way to and from my destination while throwing my belongings around the truck. The truck stunk. I know it was seen because they had the correct mileage and gas level on the paperwork so that means they saw it and said they don't care. I will look for alternative vendors in the future.William D.

This was my third stop! My first reservation you sent me to a place that was not open and after waiting over an hour, and calling the owner, she never did show up. Then your people sent me all over Wilmington, running over a hundred miles to pick up equipment!! On top of that, I think they called it the resolution team, was supposed to call me. It's been two days and no has called yet!!!Forrest R.

Representative was unprofessional, asleep at the desk when we entered the location at 9:15am, deliberately dropped the hitch in the parking lot after disconnecting it from our car and completed the return paperwork 3 hours after the actual drop off time, resulting in overcharging us for the rental. If I could rate this place with less than 1 star I would because the service was terrible.STEPHEN H.

If you're sales person let me know I needed two people to call to verify my phone number I would have done that the day before when I came in and I picked up at six in the morning so it's kind of difficult to call a friend at six in the morning to verify a phone number but we got it handled and I might have him walk me through where is the gas where are the lights where are the windshield wipers just bang bang given that the shop was not busy otherwise it was a great experienceAdele G.
