Please fill the trucks up with gas, I was given a little less than quarter tank to start with and that slowed down my schedule for moving. Other than that everything else was pretty average experience. Customer service was great!JAMIE K.

Poor communication on the locations part. My vehicle had a check engine light go on as soon as I started it the next morning. I was supposed to drop off the vehicle at 11 am. I was late and they called. The man from OSC UHAUL said that they missed out on another rental that was supposed to pickup at 11am. I asked him how he would be able to rent a vehicle the second I dropped it off when it would have to be cleaned and there was a check engine light. They obviously dont care about any sanitizing for sickness or worse case covid at this location. Then he charged me for a full day with the added insurance. The whole thing is a joke. When I post this review in the local moving groups, I hope it helps people NOT choose OSC uhaul location.JAMES M.

We were dropping off a 15' truck and picking up a 5x8 trailer. Both were scheduled for a Sunday at 10am. We got there and the sign on the door said Monday-Friday. Were were very confused on how to pick up the new trailer. We had done all the online checkin steps. We were going to just drop the keys for the truck off, and we found the trailer so we hooked it up. but finally someone came and opened up the office. very confusing about the hours.Frankie M.
The parking spaces and entry roads to this location was completely blocked by other rental trucks. I had to locate a dirt road behind the facility and only then was just barely able to leave my truck.JOHN B.
The vehicle has a lot of fumes filling up the cabin. I had a very scratchy throat and headache after a 3 hour drive. Also the inside of the windshield was very dirty. The mobile app froze in the middle of my mobile pick up and if the office wasn't opened early (to theircredit), I might not have been able to get the vehicle in time.Vaclav D.

I was told by U-Haul customer service that I could come to this location to get my cash deposit returned. This location said they could not give cash deposit returns. The inside of the UHaul was dirty, with trash inside the back also. I wanted to use a different credit card to pay, and this location would not make the change. In addition the Tax amount is incorrect, $70 higher when quoted and when I inquired at this location, they could not explain why. I looked up the NC state and county tax and the quote tax is accurate and still even higher than it should be. I have made to calls to the UHaul 800 numbers for assistance with this dispute and no one can assist, keep transferring me to other UHaul departments. I need assistance with this pleaseROBERT A.

Was set up with an 8:00 am pick up via the app. When I arrived at 8:00 am and tried to use the app I was notified that I would have to wait until the location opened at 9:00 am! The only reason I used that location is because I could pick up the rental at 8:00 AM! My time is more valuable to me than anything else! I will rent my next vehicle elsewhere!RICHARD W.

The store employees have poor customer service skills. I have called at least 6 times about a $50 unauthorized charge for a day I changed my reservations with them. They still have not solved the issue. I waited hours to pick up truck the next day due to not having the code. Bad business.Jameel B.

We had a our own dolly that we used for moving some furniture. WE DID NOT RENT ONE. We accidentally left it in the back, and once I came back to pick it back up (maybe less than 10 minutes) it had mysteriously vanished. I know for a fact it was left back there. The manager couldn't even look me straight in the eye when he was feeding me the bullshit lie that they didn't have my dolly. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!JULIAN R.
I was charged for two days when I only used the uhaul for 24 hours. I used less mileage than what I expected and put more gas in it than when I got it. And I returned it on time. When I picked up the truck, my reservation was at 8am. After arriving at OSC Automotive, I went to check out my uhaul using my my cell phone, which is encouraged on uhauls website, I was advised I couldn't pick it up until 9amâ€¦. I was finally able to check it out at around 8:30am by a gentleman inside the garage. When I returned the uhaul the next morning at 8am, the same gentleman told me that he may not get around to checking it back in for another 3 hours. I didn't think anything of it until I received the invoice via email charging me for TWO days instead of 24 hours. I was given the run around all morning by multiple different people and still have no resolution! Very disappointed with how this was handled!CHRISTINE C.

The location was convenient, but don't expect the folks inside to be helpful at all. Luckily I used mobile pick up however I was having trouble with the site so I went inside. It was like they couldn't see me. No one ever even acknowledged I was there. Luckily I finally got mobile check out to work and got the van, but I would NEVER go back if I had to go inside.Loralie G.

Went to pickup trailer and have the round 7. Guy says I need an adaptor and they do not sell it. Have the equipment rented from 11-5 that day. Get back later in the day and they are closed. Open sign is still on and learn the store closed at 2. Had to reschedule for the next morning. Very inconvenientDAVID H.

There was nowhere to park. In the directions it said â€œnot to block any entrancesâ€ - well the only parking space was 2 feet to the right of an entrance and it took a miracle to get it into the â€œparking space.â€ The tiny u-haul's could be put in the back to make room for ones people actually drive.Cameron F.

My only issue involves the gasoline requirement. My truck had 3/4 tank when I picked the truck up. The paperwork and attendant make it very clear that I should have had 7/8 tank and I must return it with 7/8 full, which I did. Either someone can't read a gas gauge or doesn't care. It's not a lot of money but quite irritating. Otherwise, the truck was perfect!Michael L.

The place was deceptive and disorganized. Totally unhelpful workers there who seemed to know very little about the vehicles they were renting and had a "not my problem" attitude. Quoted one priced charged another. Total Rip-off place - definitely avoid it.Jorge F.
