The initial quote I got was $40… when I arrived it was suddenly $160?!?! I was SO upset to be so misled. I would have rented from the other company I was looking at if I wouldn’t have been lied to!

Brent ThomasEverything was good; however, I would recommend for employees to inspect the mechanical components of the vehicle as I had issues with the gasoline tank and the gas leaking out as I tried to fuel the vehicle. Luckily, I had a short move and barely managed to return the vehicle before running out of fuel
Israel VillalvazoI got a flat tire 10 minutes after getting on the road for my move. Tire tech that came out to repair the flat tire stated it still has thread but was very old by looking at the bits strewn on the freeway and onto the trailer I was towing. This incident could have been avoided

Terry HughesThe tire light was still on, maybe he didn’t enter the code to turn it off but that should be easy. The past driver left garbage in as well that wasn’t cleaned out. The overnight check out process was a bit of pain too, the site was loading very slow and not accepting payment for awhile.

JERRY ARIASFix the fuel bar selector on the return truck option on the app, the bar did not allow me to be specific on the gas I returned truck at so system is trying to charge me for gas even though I returned truck with the same amount of fuel as picked up. Luckily there’s photos to prove this but as a customer I should have to go through having to call in to explain the issue with the fuel selection part and request a refund. Moving is overwhelming enough so please fix this issue to make the customers experience less frustrating.

Akshay ThoratI was charged for 5 more miles than I actually drove. I have GPS to prove it. I trusted my customer service rep for doing the right thing. Also, before I left I took a photo of the gasoline gauge. It shows an eighth of a tank. I called and informed. But when I return the vehicle the man stated that I should have had a quarter tank in the vehicle. I even added 3 gallons to the tank. I drove for less than 10 mi and it charged me for 15 mi. I told them I called and I showed him the picture and dated time stamp of the image of the gauge. The overpayment that I made wasn't high enough for me to go in there and complain but I may not go there again.

Michael HarperA manager at this location made false claims against me for pre existing damage to the vehicle and said to my face in front of other staff and customers that I placed the marker at the damage from another location. A scuff was documented as a scratch costing me $800. After billing me the charges were itemized, which I had requested to be before billing. When she pointed out the damage she said it was “to the metal”. I started buffing with my sleeve and it was coming clean. I her to reverse the charges said I’d have to fix it first. I asked why the coverage didn’t cover the cost she claimed that took the car off road which is misuse and voids the contract. I had done no Such thing. Earlier she had stated in a voicemail that my contact was void because I returned the car late. An extension was granted for a day when I really needed two for cleaning. I was told to forget about cleaning, if I didn’t return it right away, they would report it stolen. I cleaned it anyway but was charged $700 for a cleaning package. This has all been very upsetting and stressful, I feel like I was targeted and humiliated. As I was doing my best to erase the scuff I was being charged $800 for, she stood over me smiling saying she could still see a mark. If I couldn’t erase it completely I would have to pay the full damages. A tiny speck was left when my Uber arrived. It was closing time also but She said I could come back and try again later and then laughed. I couldn’t tell if she was mocking me, other customers were watching and a staff member apologized and shrugged as if to say she’s the boss so he couldn’t help me. This location is crooked and is scamming people.

Carl DavisIt’s disheartening, after reviewing several emails, I’ve come to realize that they up charge. This isn’t the only time. I’ve been moving and renting U-Hauls from this location multiple times on end and now after going through my statements it’s verified. The math ain’t mathing. I would not recommend this location again. **And if you do use this location PLEASE take pictures of the truck before and after use, the mileage, the cleanliness, THE GAS GAGE! It’s ridiculous that it’s come to this but you’d rather be safe than sorry.**

Michael RayThey scheduled my uhaul with everything being available. Uhaul eventually said my unit was not available so I had to get a 9ft instead of a 15ft since I had to move out right away.also they charged me the same as the 15ft while I was driving cargo van 9ft
