This, again, was not a U-haul service center. It was a salesroom for scooters. The return process was very tedious and time-consuming.

They did not have any Uhaul Dollys; however, he had one for his shop that he said he would allow us to borrow; however, it had flat tires.. then he charged us $7. Also we stopped at the gas station 1 block from the location and put in $8.10 in gas to make sure it was at the 7/8 mark; yet, we were charged for 4 gallons of gas, which was $16. Also, we only needed a one-way truck and he told us we HAD TO RETURN IT TO THE SAME LOCATION. He did not call the next closest store to get a one-way truck; therefore we had to pay DOUBLE the price!

After asking if anything else was needing to be paid and being told “absolutely Not all good to go” I was charged $57.85 then had to call to find out why?!? I now have to wait 5 business day to get my money back even tho I should of never been charged it in the first place due to being given wrong information in the first place over the phone, online, pick up all the way to drop off! Was ridiculous! This was only my second time using the uhal company both times problems with quotes/ communication will never use uhal again if I can help it definitely will never recommend it.

U haul has a mileage of 12 gallons i drove only 15 miles and refueled it with one gallon why i am charged with 3 gallons if fuel? Will never rent u haul again so wont recommend it to my friends

I was charged over $9. for fuel when I actually returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. The truck I reserved was not available so they gave me a larger truck; but they could only let me have the truck for 19 hours. I would appreciate it if the fuel charge was refunded.

Worst experience possible. 1. Issues picking up what we rented. 2. Not informed that the auto trailer could not be detached to load truck...seriously expect us to load a 26ft truck with a car trailer attached?! This issue was addressed and taken care of unlike the rest of the issues. False advertisement is when you promise a month free storage with 26ft one way truck to obtain clients then say oops sorry there’s no available storage but 10x10x8...to fit a packed 26ft truck...impossible. And uhaul staff tells us “I didn’t do it it’s not my problem I can’t help you.” I WILL be posting reviews about your false advertisement. Also, when we arrived to drop off the auto trailer, the destination uhaul staff informed us that the trailer was attached wrong and illegally. What if someone would have been killed?! Unprofessional staff who don’t care about clients. I have now paid for storage at a different facility.

Pick up location changed 3 times, didn't get the tow I asked for a week in advance. Being charged for miles I didn't use, three days after I returned truck. Still have not heard back about the fifth phone call I made to clear up these issues. After numerous conversations, multiple transfers each time, I still have no information on how uhaul will clear this up.

Pre-warn the customers about the app check in process and thoroughly explain it. Also the prices are confusing as they’re advertised differently than what I paid.

Service vehicles and equipment before let customers rent it, the truck i had needs an alignment keeps deflection, and trailer i got pulled over from police "no ticket " there is light not working, i believe the indicator.

I paid for 24 pads and I received six. The guy put them in the front seat of my car I didn’t think anything about it until at the end of my move when I was counting them up and realized there is no way he gave me 24 pads because he put them between my seat and my dashboard

Reserved a 15ft truck online, got there and it was doubled booked so all he had was a 10ft or a 26ft, the truck was about 10k miles over its next scheduled oil change, the check engine light was on. It was a complete shit show and the truck was a piece of shit

Issue with the call center, not the U-Haul location itself. Agent didn’t input my email address correctly, and I had to call back because I hadn’t received a confirmation of my reservation as promised. Agent at pick up site was very personable and professional. Will definitely use this location in the future.

I was supposed to pick up my truck on East Street in Indianapolis. Even though I had a reservation for a 17 foot truck they did not have anything for me and had to send me to the Greenwood store. This cost me time and money. Not to mention my truck Shrink to a 15 footer. I really enjoyed the Greenwood store and the manager who helped me. It was not his fault that the other U-Haul store screwed up. I’m still waiting for my $50 credit and until it shows up I cannot recommend you haul. In fact I will go out of my way to tell people What I went through

The location and sales person were great. However, the truck had 110,000+ miles. The steering and gears were loose and overall not easy to drive. Also the rubber strip around the driver's door came out when I opened the door.

Truck I rented was not there and received no notice of that. Could only move half of my furniture because they had no 26 ft truck, only a 15 ft truck. Will now cost me twice as much because I have to do it twice. Not good. Extremely disappointing.

U-Haul was evidently having site wide issues including the app, which did not allow me to link my order number with my account. If I was able to pick up/drop off during normal business hours this wouldn’t have been an issue, but we needed it on a week day and that timing didn’t fit in to when my husband and I got off work. Every person I called would forward me to a new person because no one knew how to handle the situation, I am not exaggerating when I say I talked to 15 different customer serve people. After being on the phone with them on and off from 10:15am - 4:30pm a representative finally told me if I wanted to be able to pick the truck up, I would have to make it to the pick up location before closing, which was an hour earlier than I had scheduled. We ended up making it there in time, and they assured me that there would be no issues with drop off even though their site was down, but when we went to drop it off, naturally neither the site nor the app would allow us to complete the drop off. We finally got ahold of a customer service representative who was able to do it manually. Aside from all of this mess, when we picked the truck up, the windows had been left down, so there were literally puddles of water up in the cab, it had been raining in our area for three days prior to this. Simply for customer services alone, I will never rent from U-Haul again. If all of this had happened, and someone actually knew what they were talking about and how to fix it, it wouldn’t have been so bad or had I been told in the morning that I would need to readjust my day to pick up earlier I wouldn’t have been as frustrated. It was mostly that not a single person knew how to help me even though this is their job and would continuously forward me to a new customer service person. All of your employees need better training on how to problem solve these situations.
