Ambrose LFire the manager. The truck was dirty, in and out. I could not see out the windshield while driving into the son. The manager tried to overcharge me over $450. I intend to file a formal complaint with uhaul corporate office. A shameful representation.

Brett OThe equipment I rented was clean. Tie down straps were in good condition and the transport trailer had no damage. I picked up the trailer the night before I was going to start using it. when I loaded the truck on the trailer the next day one of the 4 tires was very low (20 psi) and and was low on tread. The other 3 tires were Low on tread. So I waited 90 min or so for someone to replace 2 tires. I was told to stop in Glendive MT to have the other 2 tires replaced. so I lost about a half a day due to tire probl3ms. Finally got all the tires replaced and had no more issues with the transport trailer. When I returned the trailer I asked for a days discount on the bill. The lady said she was having computer internet problems and was him hawming around. finally she asked if I wanted to use the card I had on file? I said yes. All of a sudden there was no more problems . It went through. I asked for a receipt and she said there is none. I asked to see the screen and she said it was gone. So I had to call my bank to find out how much I was charged. This is unheard of and outraigus. Also I can't seem to find a number (Customer Service) to call to complain about issues like this. Very poor service if you have a problem with your bill or a branch

arlyn vI was repeatedly charged for the haul. When I returned it came day. Was given a receipt that said 45.93 and was charged 4x. Also was not told about fees taken out that aren't on the receipt.

jason mThe location closed early so I could not drop off the truck to someone in person. Attempted to call many times over the next couple days and no one answered and no voicemail was available. I was told I receive a credit for returning the truck with 1/4 tank of gas but instead I was charged extra.

ryan nI had to drive 4 hours round trip to pick up the equipment. I was promised a gas credit to make up for the trouble, but it was not honored. Then, there was no washer fluid in the truck, so I bought some. One of the headlights was burnt which made it for a very difficult drive at night and through the snowy winds. The check engine light was on for most of the trip. Upon arriving at the destination. I had to jump start the truck to be able to return the truck.

BRYAN LThe lady that I rented the trailer from in Williston needs to be trained on your computer system. ITS NOT HER FAULT!! She was very tentative and afraid to enter the prompted information. I felt sorry for her and her frustrations. It took an hour and a half to complete the rental with help from the Fargo office.

Richard DI had difficulty with the trailer hitch but the gentleman working there, even though could not fix my problem, put a good effort in. Was appreciated and he was able to direct me to an area where my problem could be addressed.
Fredrick MYour customer service is so bad.cant believe I need help in finding the address then I called customer service at number on my agreement ,but very amazed to hear from her that I can't do anything it's just across the street wat is that how they help.very sad with the answer.then need to park the truck at some others property for asking of the address after sometime a nice guy helped me in finding the location.i had the gps but the address they give on paper is wrong address or might inaccurate dont know.gps showing the diffrent building .very bad experience in finding the location.it will be not if your customer serviced helped me rather than saying it's across the street.and I can't do anything than that and hang up and I am saying hello hello.

Marlana PThe people at this location were very unhelpful in trying to pick up my truck. My pick up location was moved to this location which was farther away and more difficult to get to. They were unwilling to make my move any easier by being available any later than my pick up time.
