Truck ran ok although it had a lot of exterior damage to it could stand some maintenance

The truck was turned in clean and I got charged a $25 cleaning fee. The manager said that Uhaul charges it to clean dust and that he had nothing to do with the charges. He said all he does is send pictures. I cleaned the truck, there was nothing to clean.

We were told this location did not have a contract with U-Haul anymore. After 45 minutes on hold and then 3 minutes on the phone with a CSR, we were transferred to a “manager” in an office that was closed and then we’re subsequently disconnected. The fuel level was viewed on an incline and was wrong so we were charged an extra $38.50 for gas that wasn’t needed. We will not be renting again. And we will be sure to tell everyone we know the same.

The man was Extremely hard to understand (foreign accent). Checking out was a nightmare and took 45 minutes, due to poor internet connection.

All information was entered on line but it still took 2 hrs to get trailer.

Supposed to get it at Georgetown location. Well that didn’t happen.Drove 20 miles out of the way, lost about 2 hours of load time.Put me way behind .Would not recommended Georgetown ky. location.

They couldn't find my rental return in the system, we had to park the car dolly and truck ourselves, we waited 25 minutes for them to figure out our return. They acted as though we were an inconveniencing them.

Your representative should be there when he or she is renting out your equipment at the time. Your representative should have better customer service skills rather than over talking the customer cause they are frustrated. The representative shod be prepared and ready for the customer since the customer is the one paying for the service instead of it taking close to 45 minutes to get a signed contract or any kind of paperwork showing the agreement.

When returning everything went fine.

Had to wait for service, then they had computer issues and couldn't pull up my reservation. Finally got the reservation, but then my payment wouldn't go through on their system, had to call the national reservation office and do it manually over the phone. Took an hour to pick up a 5x8 trailer. Could have gone to the Lexington Uhaul location and been back in less time, even though it's twice as far away. Also - the location staff hooked up the trailer but didn't tighten the hitch so it actually came off my vehicle at my home while loading it. Thankfully that happened while there and not on the highway!

Took over an hour to get going.. said both of my cards wouldn’t work.. lady said it was my cards.. well had to pay cash.. and my cards worked everywhere else. Very rude
