Snacks on the floor from previous customer...no sanitizing wipes or spray for the next customer because of COVID...battery light was engaged...I was charged after requesting a refund. I wanted to get a resolve before my review however it's being highly recommended on the automated messaging.

Upon arrive to a house I received a code to obtain the key in the cargo. Upon going to the back of the truck. Was a huge viscous DOG chained to a post Barking and attempting to attack me. I'm traumatized from this experience. Please refund me my full amount of this rental. I've rented a total of 3 trucks this month There was no one in this abondon looking home.

The guy at the counter took a photo of my credit card & I.D. with his cell phone and a few days later my credit card was used to make fraudulent purchases. It's a card I never use, I only used it at the u-haul rental location on West Warren in Detroit so it's obvious who stole my information. I've alerted the authorities & my credit card company and they will get to the bottom of the matter an I will prosecute the people involved. So, no my experience with you guys was not a good one. 24/7 ride share is supposed to be easy but was very difficult. Three different workers had to fix the issue before I could receive the truck. Then the truck was blocked in by another truck that was reportedly “not on the lot”.

I would not send my worst enemy to this place. I parked the truck only to find out this was not a manned site. The sign on the door indicated hours but nobody was there and door was locked. Big Mean Vicious Dog in the back scared me to death!! If he was not chained up I would not be typing this right now. This should be not be an approved drop off site!!!

The location was a bit scary, there was a dog chained up outside that barked at us. The owner was friendly and helpful in detaching the trailer from my vehicle. I did not receive an email that my return was complete so I called customer service to request one. I did not receive an email from the drop off location until the next day.

Completing the cash out receipt early morning uhaul was dropped off night before and took mu husband early afternoon to go get receipt cause it was cashed out then had to return because price that was honored upon check in was not correct on check out receipt

The truck would not fuel properly - at each of the three different gas stations I tried the pump would shut off after dispensing less than half a gallon, as if the tank were already full.

I'm really disappointed at the return policy because I wanted to drop off at a location in La Vergne TN instead of Franklin bacause I pointed that out to the guy in Detroit & he said he was going to put anywhere drop off instead of Franklin. He did not so I had to pay an extra $35 to take Uber to pick up my vehicle from La Vergne where my mechanic's shop is - reason I wanted it dropped off at La Vergne in the first place when I realized Franklin was not a smart drop off location for me. The guy I spoke with on the phone wasn't very helpful and wasn't trying to help and listen to my complaint and how I was told one thing and got something completely different costing me money & inconveniences. If I knew that wasn't possible I would have cancelled the order & find another alternative.

They were suppose to be open until 7 and able to drop off for 24 hours. We arrived at 6PM, no one was there and no where to park trailer. We called the main number at U-HAUL TWICE, and they were NOT helpful at all.

The facility that we ordered the biggest uhaul has non- working cluster board, brake issues and misinform about that facility being closed, been charged for the rental even though we return the truck early. The cluster did not register the speed, rpm, nor the oil or temp of the engine.

We returned the pickup with 6794 miles in odometer, but in receipt it showed the returned milage as 6801. Although its the matter of couple of bucks, but I don't feel right about it. I didn't like the location, probably I wont go to that location again, but the person was friendly and helpful.

Our entire experience was terrible, but it was not specific to this location. Our reservation was booked for the wrong time and wrong city several times, and each time I called ahead of time to get it straightened out, I was told it was taken care of and was told I would receive an email confirmation, but the confirmation never came and sure enough, our drop off location was once again never changed. After the second time this happened, I was told by the gentleman at our pickup location (Detroit on Warren Ave) that he could not fix the problem, that I would have to call uhaul traffic department. Then when I did so, the man at uhaul traffic was not only completely unhelpful by telling me that he wouldn't stand behind what the man at the Detroit branch said, but he was ridiculously rude to me about it on top of it. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with my moving company making many mistakes, not following through on fixing those mistakes when they say they will, not providing documentation of the changes, and making me call in multiple times to get the same mistake fixed and dealing with rude employees while doing so. As if the whole experience wasn't horrible enough with just that, then I was double charged by uhaul which ended up triggering a fraud alert on my credit card. When I called in to report and get to the bottom of the second unnecessary charge, the employee was completely unconcerned and uninterested in finding out why the double charge had been attempted. We closed on our sale before we closed on our buy so we had originally been planning on using uhaul to move into our new house as well as moving out of our condo, but if something isn't done about all this then we will never be using your company again.
