The excuse is that this is a brand new location and th4e staff are not yet trained. But even still, the person there was not very friendly and seemed put off that I was actually asking for help dropping off the truck. Unfortunately the online automated drop off system failed and so I had to call national u-haul. The person who helped me on-line was actually very helpful.
