TRACY MCheck engine light was on when I picked up the truck. Truck was filthy inside and smelled like smoke terribly. Truck barely had enough fuel to get to the gas station. I was charged for bringing back the truck with more fuel than I picked it up with.

Jacob SHello, My fiancé was driving the U-Haul when he got pulled over by the police and ordered out of the vehicle with their gun out of their holster. Apparently the U-Haul truck we rented was a known vehicle of a female with a warrant out for her arrest. Just letting you know to maybe change those license plates!

donna wThe location was fine. The app was not good. It did not tell me I had to check in, submit pictures of my license and rental truck, add another emergency contact, and add my credit card. Forced to download the app. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer service. I’ll go back to Penske.
