Alec HIf I am expected to return a clean truck, I expect to get a clean truck.
Natasha HEquipment requested was NOT available when I arrived. Agent was both uncaring and rude. Despite the U-Haul claim that: " At times, the requested location, time or size may not be available. If so, U-Haul will find you equipment. A local U-Haul representative will call you before 5pm on 8/19/2023 to get your agreement on and schedule available location, time, and equipment," I was never called to confirm anything, and the agent insisted it was not his responsibility to provide anything but the truck itself. He claimed because he didn't book, confirm, or schedule the truck, he had no responsibility; "I just make $21 to click on the screen and give you the keys. And I can cancel you with one button." I've rented many vehicles over many years. Worst customer service ever.

SUZANNAH NI was surprised that you all charged me an enhanced rate of one dollar per mile rather than the advertised rate of .79 per mile for the few miles I travelled past the 90 miles expected. At no point did I see the extra mileage penalty advertised, nor do I see a rationale for the penalty rate. I don't want a refund, but this will impact my decision the next time I rent.
Jeff SLocation was not where I was told. Very far out of my way. Do not appreciate UHauls methods of pick up.
William NI had an issue where the truck was given to me (and the location's contract with me very clearly stated) that the truck was given to me at 1/4 of a tank, so I returned it at 1/4. However, U-Haul's system thought it was given to me at 13/16 of a tank, and so when I returned it, U-Haul tried charging me $90 for gas (which the guy at the location fixed). I'm not totally sure of the solution to this discrepancy, but it was quite annoying.

Barbra FI was given multiple locations for equipment pickup. When I went to the initial location I was told my trailer was at a different location. I went to that location and was told that while my trailer was at that location, the hitch I ordered was at the original location from where I just came. This is unacceptable. To be clear, the one star rating I give to the location was due to U-Haul's incompetency, not the location itself. They were fine.
Wesley FThe new truck was amazing. The blue tooth radio was a game changer as was the updated displays and current technology. Loved the engine break. Only missing a back up can and mirror adjusters.

matthew MOn your website it directed me to a location and when I got there it directed me to another location two miles further down the road in a questionable neighborhood. The drop off process was 2 out of 5. could definitely be easier.
John WTried to return the rental using the app, but it would not accept the pictures the app took of the odometer and fuel gauge. Had to go to uhaul.com to complete the return. Spent 20 minutes trying to take the pictures with the app and on hold with customer service.

Yussuf ICustomer service was terrible, I was never helped and I was never able to check in to return my check. I stayed on hold for 40 minutes before I gave up and just dropped keys in box. No one ever called me back.
