This was perhaps the worst experience i have ever had with renting a truck! i had ordered a truck near my house but was force to pick it up at this location! I ordered 48 furniture pads but the truck only had 6! The girl at the counter brought a garbage bag out with pads! not cleaned or wrapped and i only received 23! She said she would correct my invoice but i see that this didn’t happen! My truck only ya 1/4?tankf of gas and the interior cab and cargo area was dirty and was not clean! The truck was not in great shape mechanically as well!! Not happy with this at all! this location should never be used for truck rental!!

Vehicle dirty and contained trash. No wiper fluid. No one at location spoke English that was understandable. Ended up having to talk to customer service myself to resolve many issues - they were helpful but if this is how U-Haul runs its business I have nothing good to say or pass on. Will NOT be using U-Haul again.

Once again I go to the same one thinking I’ll get better results horrible service no one speaks English the man had the truck on out side for the whole 35 mins I waited to check in I really wish my town had a better service uhaul somewhere closer to me and the truck was shaking the whole ride

That location over char me over $50.00 They use two different miles one on the sing paper other on the tacómetro if costumer don’t check the tacómetro which is always hi miles will get chart for the one on the contra the they give you.

did not have a spare tire, did not have any safety equipment for if we broke down other then a jack. also got charged extra when we didn't actually go over the miles

Yhe location was nside a laundromat. The truck was not filled with gas but was marked as full. Not only did I have to fill the tank but I was also charged for the empty part of the tank when I returned. The location has no equipment I had ordered online.

The truck functioned poorly. The strating wheel had a degree of at that suggests a mechanical problem. It was also dirty.

This location is very unprofessional. Employees don’t know how to operate the online uhaul system. They don’t had a hard time understand english. I was quoted and charged 3 different prices and each one was higher than the previous.

Only thing I would change would be the fact I didn't receive my moving pads. I paid an extra $5 for nothing. I know its only $5 , but hey $5 is $5.

The truck was not available at time of pick up because it had not been returned. The truck arrived a half hour late and was not clean. When I returned the truck, I wasn't sure it was returned because the woman who took care of me just took a picture of the keys and the instrument panel and texted it to someone else. I didn't get any paperwork but 2 hours later I got an email it was returned. Nice people and helpful but not a typical uhaul experience.

They don't have accommodations for the large uhaul trucks. I had to park in an alley-like street due to it being in the very congested city. Not the fault of the place, but there were multiple uhaul places I passed on my way there I could have dropped off at, that could have facilitated practical parking for a 26ft box truck.

The lady barely spoke any English it took her almost 30 mins to give me my change ! I was moving the last thing I wanted to do was wait around for that long for change

Believe all the previous negative reviews. This location is so poor, U Haul should remove their franchise immediately to keep them from ruining the brand. There are 20 other U Haul locations in the area. Spare yourself the aggravation and pick a different one. This location is in a laundromat which was weird, stepping over women folding clothes to get to the desk. Otherwise, picking up went okay. When we returned the vehicle, however, it became a nightmare. First, we waited awkwardly for ten or so minutes as another customer was served. Then, the lady wouldn't come outside to check the vehicle because (as others have mentioned) she can't leave the laundromat. So, she asked us to take a picture of the gas gauge and mileage for her to see. But the real problem came when she said we were returning the vehicle late so we had to re-rent the vehicle for an additional day. We paid $69 to rent the vehicle originally (and rented it only for 2 hours). Now the lady said we had to pay an additional $68 for being late, so a total of $137 for a 2 1/2 hour rental their "$19.99/day" truck. We ended up showing up 20 minutes late, waited in line 10 minutes and spent five or so getting her pictures so we were over a half hour late by the time we got to check out so most U Haul locations wouldn't have even charged us. I explained that U Haul has an hourly overage fee and even if we were being charged, it was less than an hour. She said their location's policy is to have people pay for an additional day even anyone is late at all. We ended up calling customer service at U Haul and they called the Laundromat office and explained to them that we would not be charged anything more. It was ridiculous that it got to that point's I'm sure they have overcharged a lot of people. Don't let yourself be one of them.

Horrible experience, will not recommend this location for a UHaul to anyone. The woman managing the Uhaul barely spoke English, and didn't seem to understand the computer system. She asked me to put my info in twice: name, address, credit card, etc. A woman who spoke some english came to help, said the truck was late so we returned an hour later to pick it up and again, i was asked to put all of my info into the computer. It was all frustrating and on top of it, the truck was very dirty!

Poor customer service. Even when I checked in online, I still waited 30 min. I basically have to check in again. Dolly that I reserved was not avail . I cannot communicate with the person bec she doesn’t speak English.

Pick up was fine, returning the vehicle was difficult. The woman could not speak English. She told me to take a picture of the gas gauge and odometer because it was too hot outside for her to take it.

My truck was available because they couldn't find the key. I was on the phone too long and had to wait longer to get a another truck. Customer service rep was rude ??.

There were some blankets in truck when we picked it up. Employee at the counter who checked us in and out was wonderful. Pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable..

Have rental vehicle that people actually reserved. Don’t be overcharged on milage. Have ink for printers so people can actually sign contracts and documents.
