Not this location specifically it is a issue with the regional coordinator. Did not provide any options and last minute told me that they would not provide me the trailer I reserved two weeks in advanced and the only on they would provide me at no discount was half the size and over a hour and a half drive away.Timothy W.

The 1-800 number to book a reservation sucks, people from India, really!! Have a system that can locate zip codes, this lady couldnt''find a trailer for me by the name of the city and state. It was iif I had a zip code and I did not have it, but I had the city and state. I said to google the zip codes in this city and state that I was looking for trailer to be picked up and she could find it. After 25 minutes on the phone I gave her my zip code and had to rent at another town 25 minutes away, but also back track 30 miles and pull the trailer back to the same location at the end of the day, major pain in my ass!!! When it came to reserving the trailer she couldn't process my credit card to make the reservation so I made the reservation at the pickup location. Out sourcing to other countries suck!! Auto transport trailer that i rented was unsafe , Brakes would lock up when we would go over a large bump or dip in the hiway. I could not find anything obviously wrong when i looked it over but it did it several times and could be dangerous as we were travelling at night on a mostly two lane hiway.RONALD A.

I had requested to do 24/7 pick up as the pick up location was only open 1p-5p on Sundays. I was called on Saturday by U-Haul corporate less than 24 hours from when I was scheduled to pick up the truck that 24/7 wouldn't be an option anymore due to them being unable to contact the location to set it up due to the holiday. The reservation was made well in advance and the issue could have been easily avoided. Due to this I had to wait an additional three hours to pick up the truck throwing off our plan for the move. Everybody I spoke to/worked with was very pleasant and it was not fault of the pick up location.Dominique K.

Reserved online and I found the process to not be particularly well-designed. I specified the equipment I wanted and did not want any insurance covered, but when it got to the final checkout, insurance coverage had been added and an extra dozen packing blankets had been added to the order - I changed those entries back to what I intended but did not appreciate having items show up in the order that I hadn't requested. The pickup and drop off went very smoothly and the final charges were in keeping with my intent, so in the end I got what I wanted at a good price and people I worked with were very helpful - just the online reservation was problematic.ralph Q.

I arrived at 5pm, the open sign was still on. As I was getting out of my truck the employee was shutting off the signs and basically telling me he wasn't going to help. I spoke to him as he was leaving and he directed me where to park the trailer. If I had known this would result in an after hours drop charge I would have come back the next morning. Not impressed with the customer service at all.tracy G.
The Manager was not very nice and not helpful AT ALL. I was amazed how incompetent she was and extremely rude to me, for no reason. I will never never go back to that location to rent anything. I've lived in North Bend for over 25 years. We do not need those type of people here in the valley. She tried to charge me for 2 days then reversed the invoice for one day. A second rate operation. If I treated my customers like that, I would be out of business long ago. Sorry.Barry L.

I am pasting below the email I responded to an additional gas charge. Hi, I am not sure why I am being charged extra for the gas. I filled it up to the level that my contract indicated, based on the dashboard visual, which is not as detailed as you have it here. In addition this was my worst experience using a Uhaul. First, I had to drive to North Bend to pick up the truck 30 miles away, instead of the Uhaul location that was .5 miles away from my residency. I called the day before pick up to ensure that I would be able to pick it up, I show up to pick it up and the office was closed and I did not receive any messages, I couldn't pick it up. During time I spent waiting in the parking lot I search through my emails to see what other details and couldn't find a full itinerary of the rental. I only received an email notifying me that the pick-up location had changed. I was planning to leave my car there so I could pick it up when I returned the truck. When I visited the uhaul webpage, I noticed my drop-off location was in Renton, I called the Uhaul phone number and they couldn't guarantee I would be able to return the Uhaul to that location(North Bend). So I went and picked up my wife (another hour drive). Drove another 30 minutes, picked up the truck burned about one third of the gas to get to my original residence, it took me longer to get there because now there is traffic. Your communications with your customers has to be better. On my way back I was looking for a digital copy of the contract I signed and I didn't have one. I used the link that was texted to me and the link no longer worked. In the middle of this (Saturday morning) I talked to someone at Uhaul that was not able to help me out, and they reimbursed me $56ish. Which is low for the over 3 hours it to took me to get the truck and the extra gas I had to use to get the truck to my residency. Because of the inconvenient location and lack of effective communication I drove 120 extra miles in my car to get the truck . I wanted to let it go, but then I receive this extra charge without a breakdown of what EZ Fuel even means... is that one gallon, two gallons, just another fee? Now I have to spend time writing you this email. This experience has been very frustrating. I am wondering if we can get this extra bill removed, and if I can get an additional reimbursement for this very frustrating experience. I appreciate your time.Alexander G.

On pick up, the truck I reserved (20') was not at the facility, they did have a 15' and gave me a credit, but they were aware and could have called to give me a heads up before I arrived. When trying to deliver the truck, I arrived at 10am and the facility was not open, they advertised that they would open at 9. One gentlemen had been waiting in the parking lot since 9. We called the number but weren't able to get a hold of anyone, I understand that things happen and the owners have a young child, I hope everything is ok. I was glad U-Haul has online turn-in.William S.

1. Provide gloves at no-cost. Let the customer keep them afterward and even possibly brand them orange with UHaul written all over them (like Mechanix gloves). I'd wear them again. 2. And a YouTube video on operation, not a 7 page PDF file. If not already do so... 3. Biggest issue I had has the tow dolly wasn't where I requested the pickup to be. It was at another location, well outside my route of travel, adding expense, time, and gas. UHaul should know where its equipment is before solidifying the reservation and provide a discount if past a certain distance away. 4. How do you not have military discounts? It's unheard of these days and honestly disheartening. If you do have them, please inform your locations.James M.
I took me 1 1/2 hours to rent a trailer because your computer system is a piece of garbage. The employee complained constantly as she was kick out of the system time and time again. You should be embarrassed that you are so far behind in technology. Especially since nothing can be rented manually.Gary J.
