Left cash deposit of 200 Upon returning trailer location had no money to give me for my change after speaking with manager they scrambled 83 and made me return following day to receive rest of my money, not really wanting to I had to drive 30 miles to receive my cash!
I'm always very satisfied with the service I receive everytime I rent a vehicle. Garrett and Camille are always polite and friendly. They both have great personalities and greet you with a smile. I'll continue to rent from U-haul in Temecula and hopefully will see them both again. It's a pleasure to do business with them. Thank you.

Did not get the name of the young lady who processed my rental - but she was working on 2-7-21 at 8:30 a.m. at the Old Town Front St location. She was excellent and professional.

When I pulled into the parking lot, and finished the online checkout process I needed to drop of the key and was difficult to find the right entrance to the little building

I was disappointed that I was charged an extra day because I was an hour late. I called the office and told them that there was a traffic issue and the response was "no problem we will be here until 5" It hardly seemed fair in light of the fact that I reached out to inform them. If I do recommend your company I will inform them to watch the billing very closely.
The lights back up lights went off and on would not stay on.
It was way too expensive. I rented the smallest truck for two days and it cost me almost $400... $400!
charged me for 2 gallons for 12 miles. I returned vehicle with the exact same amount of fuel as given.

The only thing was the gas was almost empty. Not the locations fault. They were as surprised as I was. Also. the attendant was polite and efficient. He needs a raise.

I rented a 19' van and a furniture dolly. When I arrived they told me they didn't have any and I would have to drive to a different location to pick one up. This delayed the entire process by an hour and pushed our furniture moving time including everyone involved.

He never explain to me about deposit or anything about the best deal for my trip. Most Uhaul places will even ask you how far are you going he just charged me and I fault like he over charged me.

As I stated on my Yelp and Google review of this location and their representation of U-Haul, you wetter do something fast to save your representation as this location is obviously run by thieves. Look at the reviews I am not the only one saying they had the same experience. The employees here are knowingly and fraudulently stealing from your customers. They say the vehicle had no gas when it did and then charge the customer who is gone, sending a receipt later. My charge was minimal, but does not change the fact that you are franchising and employing thieves.

WHAT A JOKE OF A PLACE..F%#@# A$$#0!$ We show up 5 mins before closing and jerk ups and locks the door and hides... we wait and do the mobile thing and others arrive to rent equipment and he pokes his head out and hides again.. we will talk this location down for as long as we can!
Make sure the trucks are actually street legal with functioning lights that don't force you to stop at night and only drive in the day, and that all fluid reservoirs and hoses are in working not order and not leaking leaving you with no power steer.
