The location and customer service was good however the uhaul equipment was not in good shape. I used a car dolly and someone previously had cut the strap that goes around the car tire so it no longer reached far enough. I cozied thank strap the car on and i had to last second go get a big heavy duty strap to hook onto. It cost me an extra hour of time and more money.Casey O.

A lot of stress & anxiety could've been avoided if the original location I booked didn't check u-haul orders less than 24 hours prior to my rental time & report back that no 5x8 trailers were available. The upgrade was too big for my vehicle to haul otherwise it wouldn't have been an issue but I booked a 5x8 for a reason. Adam, the regional manager, was a life saver in assisting me with securing the trailer I needed/booked 2+ months in advance. Please change your policy for your employees on when they review upcoming rentals.Linda L.

I'm not one to throw a big fit about customer interactions... However, none of the employees were wearing masks or keeping distance. The employee I worked with blew his nose at the counter within 3 feet of me, didn't wash or sanitize his hands. In a normal world this wouldn't require a second thought, but in the world we currently live I wanted out of there ASAP and to NEVER go back. The employee also had me do most things on my phone, but didn't tell me there would be a text coming through to verify truck condition. I realized the next day that I had missed a text and luckily didn't get charged for someone else's damage to the truck. Overall, made the transaction more complicated than necessary.DONALD L.
Improve your verification system so the check in process is not so long. Also save each screen on online process so you don't have to start over each time connection is dropped.Zachary R.
