Your computer system really sucks. Elaine struggled with it as it rejected numerous times inputted info. It extended the wait period and was frustrating for all.

Your equipment performed flawlessly on my long distance trip. U-haul was helpful when I requested to return the trailer at a different location than originally planned. I would definitely use U-haul again in the future.

They did not explain a charge to me. U-Haul has removed since then which I greatly appreciated. They also didn't tighten down the hitch good as we were not on real level ground. I was very fortunate that as I had pulled over in a parking lot down the road to check everything, a U-Haul rep in a pick up truck passing by saw me and stop. He was very helpful and assisted me. His timing was perfect and I wish I had gotten his name.
