Michael DeegWe had to be rerouted to a different location because no one showed up at our original location. We had to drive 10 miles out of our way to pick up the U-Haul. We requested a 10-ft U-Haul but the new location only had 15 ft U-Hauls. The gentleman at the U-Haul place was helpful and efficient but we did not get what we requested.

JERRY COYThe return process was a little confusing and there was not an employee at the location. That said, the return process through the app was very self explanatory and made sense. First time renting a U-Haul so it was a little but of a new process for me, but made sense!

Nadine HinesThis was the 2nd location in 1 night we went to. 1st location the GPS on the find my truck/checkin would locate me while I was standing right in front of the building. 45 mins on the phone with that call and driving around to see if it would update. Finally decided to have the women transfer me to cancel that reservation and rebook a new one. Reserved a new truck at this location, which is was farther away from where we are located ocsted so more miles. We got there and did checkin, gave me a truck number, but that truck was not there. Had to call again and was on the phone for another 45 mins. No keys were in their spots all in the drop box. We had to get into that to get a key to another truck, which hadn't been checked over or anything. The dolly was open or not locked up and there were moving blankets. We did not order these nor did we use them. We left the lot about 830pm. Or original pick up time was 630. At this location pick up was 745. With all the stuff wrong we did not leave with our truck until 830pm. But it has to be returned by 745pm. Unfortunately we couldn't get all our move done in time with all this mess so we had to extend our truck another day. The receipt looks messed up. Not sure it's correct. I'm pretty sure it has the old truck on it, the one someone else took before us. I hope I'm not being charged for the koving equipment( blankets and dolly) I didn't order or use. And I'm pretty sure the mileage is from the truck we were suppose to be using not thebone we actually got.
