Josie was really nice however safety of equipment is a huge issue at this location. My auto transporter had a defective right brake light/turning signal and this location wasn't equipped with the tools to fix it such as extra electrical wires (which was replaced by roadside assistance). This seems to be such an easy part to keep on hand and an easy fix that other dealers do onsite to ensure customers leave the location safely. Customers should not be allowed to leave the facility with equipment not previously checked and corrected for safety. The second issue is much worse but it wasn't uncovered until my receiving Uhaul dealer noticed it. Josie failed to connect the rear chains to my back axles nor did she instruct me to do so and my straps weren't as tight as possible as recommended by another Uhaul dealer. This is a huge safety concern.Renarda T.

U-Haul over all needs to invest in better vehicle And get rid of those trucks from the 1970s. This is the second time I've been disappointed with U-Haul I will no longer use them.Old Ellis location Charge me for gas and I put gas in the truck but the trucks are so old so maybe it's gas gauge and not the gas I put in the vehicle.Tammy H.

The agent was a little grumpy. i didn't like the way he snapped at me in front of my children. He did not want us to enter the building. He met us at the door and guarded the door to make sure we could not come in. He told me to give him the key and he would check out the truck. I explained that I wanted to stay until the check-out was complete to ensure there were no issues. He responded by saying I would have to wait for a while. There were no other customers at the facility. I told him that we would wait in the car until we got the email confirmation that everything was clear. He said okay. He could use some customer service training courses.We will not use this location again.Antonio P.
The truck was filthy inside and outside. The interior had food wrappers and water bottles throughout and smelled like a trash can. I requested a substitute truck and the attendant said it was the only one. I've rented many trucks from Uhaul over the past 40 years and undoubtedly, this was my worst experience. Perhaps counsel the employee that he doesn't need to block the door with his body to prevent an un-masked customer from entering. I had a mask in my hand and entered, then put it on once inside. I do this because if I enter a business and the employee(s) are not masked, I don't put one on. So, aside from being petrified, he was professional.Joseph L.

The interior of the cab was a little dirty and could have definitely been cleaned but I barely used it and definitely didn't track dirt into it but I wasn't going to pay 25 dollars for it to be cleaned when that's how it already was. I also had to park on quite a hill when I returned it and I'm pretty sure the e-brake was not 100%.Joseph B.
