There is nothing to improve on in my opinion. As soon as I pulled up there was a guy ready to guild me to the trailer and hook everything up. Everyone was polite and professional. When I came to drop it off same thing a guy was right there unhooking the trailer for me. I would be renting from this location in the future for sure.

Jonathan CFantastic, proficient and professional and I'll also add quick service. I normally don't just show up to a location to rent U-Haul equipment. I usually reserve days ahead of time on-line. I had a need for a quick turn on equipment and went first to Ojay's Auto Detailing and was pleasantly surprised with the fast response to my request. Definitely recommend every time!

Pedro LPlease support this OUTSTANDING Veteran-owned business, Ojay's Auto Detailing. I used the U-haul service, but I will definitely be using the detailing service in the very near future. This was by far the most professional, courteous, and above-and-beyond service we have experienced during our many, many moves, local and overseas, over the past 24+ years. We initially booked through the U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 option due to our chaotic schedule on Sat. When we arrived to pick up the cargo van at 6:30 am, what we did not know was that there was a live verification process that was not adequately explained during the reservation process. We did not know we would need two people to verify my identification at 6:30, even after uploading my driver's license and a live photo. It was after 7:00 (my reservation time clock ticking), and we were still waiting for the online agent to verify my identity. Although Ojay's Auto Detailing didn't open for another hour and a half, Mr. Ojay saw we were having trouble with the live verification process, and he opened his office almost two hours early on a cold, rainy Saturday to take care of us, so we could get on with our day. With this outstanding customer care and service, we will definitely entrust him and his staff with our vehicles! Thanks so much, again for your and your family's military service!
