Make the process of picking up and returning easier. Had very difficult time with these two things.

The female working was very rude. The male explained they had had no training on U-Haul a equipment and he couldn’t help me. I had to call U-Haul customer service to get help with picking up the truck. After an hour and a half I was able to leave with my truck. Between my pick up location being an hour and a half from where it was ordered, the hours I wasted on your customer service phone line and how rude the personnel were it’s safe to say I’ll rent somewhere else in the future.

This is the second time I have used this service I two weeks. First time, took an hour to go through the check out process. Which is well beyond ridiculous experiance. This last time, check in went well with very minimal hang ups, but I get back and check it back in then 3 hours later get a receipt via email stating that I am charged a 15 cleaning fee which is utterly ridiculous. I rent cars from enterprise on a biweekly basis and I assumed that this process would be similar, boy was I wrong. No walk around for damage, no mileage check just what they have from last check in, and definitely no checks for cab or box cleanliness. Upon my arrival to my residence the box had a few dusty areas inside to which my wife and I pushed out with our feet. I had this box truck for 2 hours in which we loaded it with 2 mattresses, 4 box springs, and 2 dresser. So to where this cleaning fee has been brought about had made a perturving situation. I called the Oil Pros location to which I received a voicemail, proceeded to leave my concerns, and waited for my return to call to explain what seemed these charges nessecary, this call was made at 430pm, they closed at 530, so obviously customer service is a must.

When I went to get the uhsul I was told by 2 gentleman it was 29.99 and it also had it on the uhsul sign but when I ckd out the next day the other guy said oh no it was $_39.99 so ,Yes I was very disappointed because they should of honor what the 1st gentleman said.

Wind shield had craps and road damage on it. Manager was professional and very helpful.

The trailer was apparently not hooked up correctly and came loose in traffic in Baton Rouge. Luckily, no one was hurt but I have to wait until I get to Baton Rouge to see if my truck was damaged. This constitutes official notification that the trailer was not properly connected.

They were learning took awhile to get checked out but they were very polite and wanted to do well. Truck could have used a wash to get bugs off the windsheild.

Not all the lights on the truck worked. One of the headlights was out and several of the led lights on the trailer were out. Also, a back up light was out. There was damage on the truck that was not noted prior to our inspection. The agent took care of it quickly and efficiently though. Low(er) score is really more a reflection on U-Haul than it is the individual location.
