I ordered both a 15' truck and an auto transport. I was worried about trying to find parking for both the transport and the truck near our new urban home. The service person was super helpful in letting me know I could return the trailer prior to returning the truck, suggesting I drop my car off in a parking lot and turning in the transport first and returning with the truck later. I hadn't considered that, so I appreciated his advice. My truck did not have the furniture pads or dolly that I ordered in it, but a U-Haul representative on the phone did a great job solving the issue by sending me to a nearby Neighborhood Dealer who could give those to me.

Disappointed when reserved online that the option was available for a pick up close to our house. Yet got a phone call saying that there internet was wrong. This is not the first time. But had to drive 40 minutes out of our way to pick up the trailer.

There was a slight hiccup with something and the young lady in charge did what all service business owners should do she fixed the problem and was quick and apologized evrn though it was just simple error. A troublesome move this was the only highlight or only thing that went right. Thank her a thousand times. When I am bavk in town I am going to stop in and thank her for knowing how to run a business.

Explain to customers when they rent for 24 hours you charge for 48 hrs and the second 24 hrs is not refundable when equipment is returned in the first 24. What a rip off.

My packing box order and other items were not at the pickup location and I had to go to another location to get them. And the truck leaked on our trip - damaging almost all our boxes and some of our belongings we were moving.
