Due to an unexpected emergency I forgot to put gas in the truck and turned it in way before time. I think a call or text should be given before they pick an outrageous charge for gas as a reminder. I was not offered the special rate for the gas to be refilled. When I got there the truck wasn't ready and we had to wait for the ice to melt. The facility is pitch black at night. The overhead street light is out. The place to park is ridiculously small and there is no lights to see inside your truck or to drop off keys. Management was rude when I contacted them about the issues of their site and not being Ble to use the app at their site. They charged 25 dollar cleaning fee which I have never been charged before.Richard M.

The location and onsite customer service was excellent. My only complaint was the U-Haul phone app.. It was slow and tedious for check in, and it didn't work at all for the return (it refused to accept perfectly clear images of the fuel/odometer)Joseph H.

A $20 penalty for not owning technology is unfair. Not everyone has, wants to use, or has the ability to invest their money in a smart phone. A smart phone should not be a requirement to use your service at the same rate. It simply is adding punishment to those that are not as well off.Joe C.

Do not change the pick-up location. i was emailed my preferred pick up location and the day before my pick up I was notified that the location was now 50 minutes south of were I needed to be. I ended up at this location with a truck size bigger than needed but no additional costKEVIN T.
The UHAUL app sucks and needs to be updated. The return process didn't work on the phone and we spent an hour trying to figure out how to return it, waiting for a rep. We eventually did it on the web browser, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't fix the app!Abigail D.

The were not staffed during posted operating hours. They charged me for furniture pads that were not provided. I spoke with them the following day and they said they would give them to my brother when he arrived but they were not there. The two dollys I reserved were not in my truck. There was no one at the location to assist me in getting my dollys. Luckily, there were two appliance dollys (I reserved normal dollys) that the customer service lady on the phone told me to take. If I didn't happen to see those dollys I would've been left without dollys for my move.Zoe W.
I was yelled at by the employee upon my return. One manager explained to me that a drop-off time of 4 was the correct time even though the one on my contract said 3:30 pm. When I returned it at 4 I was belittled by a staff member and charged an extra day of coverage because of it I'm highly unsatisfied and will not be using UHAUL again.
