I picked this location because it was supposed to be open during the day on Saturday. It wasn't. The instructions said to call in advance to let them know you were on the way. Both voice mailboxes were full. I noted on the return app that the gas was back to 5/8 as it was when I picked it up and attached the photo of the gauge at pickup. They charged me anyway. I had to call U-Haul and resend the photo of the gauge to get it straightened out.

The only issue I had was with the checking out of the van by phone. The number on the van didn't match in the pictures and the key was not the correct key. Had to wait till he got there to straighten it out. This made me later leaving than I want to.

I rented this van for a one day rental at $19.95 per day for a local rental. I waived the insurance fee because my insurance covers all rentals. I have been renting Uhaul s for over 30 years and have always bought them back at anytime on Sundays because Uhaul places are usually closed. They charged me 2 day rental and $47 in mileage and $20 in insurance fees. My overall bill was over $125 for a simple one day rental and local rental of less than 50 miles. Totally ridiculous and I will not rent from Uhaul again. Then the owner try to tell me I must haven’t been renting from Uhaul and he try to say Central Va Rental never rented Uhauls I dealt with Norman and his crew for over 30 years and always was treated fairly and with respect. Lesson learned

There was some hardware (screws or bolts) in the back of the rental that I didn’t know was there until I started driving since the pre-check-in didn’t ask for pictures of the back of the truck. A picture was only requested of the dash. Also, I was charged for 4 gals of fuel when I’d only driven 8 miles - this is being contested but I haven’t received a response yet.

A little pricey. Had moving van from 4:30 pm until 11:30 am (19 hours), drove 21 miles, and charged for 2 days rental, insurance, taxes, and mileage to be $80. Probably the norm but my opion, overly pricey. Staff was pleasant and professional. Other than price, pleased with experience.

They need to update and ensure their phone service is operable. We waited an hour for someone to install our trailer to our truck. The office was locked and closed and we could not reach the owner as the phone service was not working properly. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with the phone. It created stress and an inconvenience for us.

I have rented there several times and they are always late. Yesterday it was over a half hour. We had to drive to Pa. and needed to be on the road. It set us back almost an hour. Today returned the rental and again no one there. I entertained another guy waiting to pick up a trailer who was there an hour. This is unacceptable. We try and support local businesses but you can not operate a business when your employees do not show up on time. And you call and get a ridiculous message that repeats itself over and over. This is not a one time incident. It happens every time we rent from here.

Issue I had was early return had to use the app to check truck back in. The person helping me on the phone hung up. It took me 45 minutes to check the truck back in.

Pretty upset that it states the rental for 24 hrs, was only 39.95. It states on the vehicle I used 19.95. However I was charged 89.00. Also charged a fuel charge, which I refueled the vehicle. I had the vehicle less than 12 hrs. And my total bill was $240.00. This is pretty disheartening, as I work in retail myself. As a first time user of UHaul, unfortunately it will be my last.

let customers know that they can drop off anywhere there is a dealer, even if the are not there, they check in with their phone to uhaul site. They will need there reservation number. Please let them know ahead of time. People were panicky.

Your on line app is Ridiculous I said everything up with an agent at 4 AM so I could pick the truck up at 7:30 AM when I arrived to retrieve the vehicle I had to reset it up again I’m doing work I don’t feel like it’s a good application and I’m not sure I’d rent a U-Haul again

Employee (thin young male with dreads) has a terrible attitude. Unfriendly and aggressive. Third time encountering him. First 2 times I let it slide. Chalked it up as a bad day. It's evident that he doesn't belong in a position dealing with people.

The equipment was FILTHY. The inside of vehicle reeks of animal cargo. The seats were covered in animal hair. Old food and bugs were in the door pockets. This was the only vehicle of its kind available at this location.

I had a terrible experience. The owner at O'Hanlons tried to take advantage of me and it almost worked. Not only did the truck I rent lack right turn signal, break light, and parking lights, I had to spend 56 min on the phone with customer service because I was charged a $98.00 bogus fee. Never will I rent from UHaul again.

Seems to be a part-time operation. I never saw anyone at this location but other potential customers looking for service and getting none. Never got a live person on the phone, just voice mail.

No one showed up despite having a reservation for an in person pickup. Called the owner, who was broke down on the side of the road. He has an assistant that didn't show up. He was going to text me the region help number for UHaul and never sent it. The regional office was very helpful. O'Hanlons was worthless. Would never recommend.

NO I was over charged for Safe Move that I ask not to add and they added it anyway. I did not approve something I did not need. I have full coverage or any vehicle I drive with SF INS. This was not approved and not needed.

Everything at the location was great. I think Uhaul as a whole should streamline the automated process. It could be very efficient, but it wasn’t. Again this has nothing to do with the location, but more to do with the company as a whole.

Even after filling up the gas tank they charged me for not having it filled because they parked it on an incline. I had just filled up less than 5 blocks away.

There was nobody in the office, but they had a phone number on the door. I called and the person was quite helpful. I was able to drop off the trailer.

The dealer claims that I did not put enough fuel in the vehicle before I brought it back. I, in fact. put gas in to bring the needle to the same spot on the guage as when I picked the vehicle up....ALSO, the invoice was for $242. 62...A total of $279.24 was debited from my account. The amount that I should owe is no more than $204.99. I need someone to CALL me and it better not be O'Hanlon. Mike Healy 540-255-4174

No one was there. Had to call the guy by phone to get drop off instructions, he was quite friendly and helpful, but yet another example of U-haul's business model of sub-contracting drop off locations being problematic.

The truck we rented had serious maintenance issues causing a break down on the interstate almost causing the truck to flip over. When road side assist was called it took forever to get help. The whole process was a nightmare. No one has called to apologize for our many inconveniences but many calls were made to me asking where the truck was turned in at final detitanation. I feel that uhaul is very unreliable and I still don't know what my final bill is after paying out of pocket to have our personal items reloaded to a different truck. I expect a supervisor would call me to go over everything but to date, nothing. VERY DISPLEASED!

I called to rent truck for a extra day and I specifically asked if it'd be 60 again if so I couldn't do it I was told no it'll just be the 29.99. I was charged the 60 dollars for the second day when I called to all why that much was taken out of my account the same lady told me is 60 for the second day. Wish I wasn't told something else to start with.

The customer service at this location was the WORST!!! The only way to improve the service at this location is to close it down.. the manager was rude and so was the assistant . I called and spoke with the manager to reserve a truck for 9am Saturday, he took all my info and said “I’ll see you Saturday at 9am”. I get there to pick up the truck at 9am and NO ONE was there. I called the Manager’s (owner) number that was listed on the door and NO ANSWER. Called the assistant’s number also listed in the door again NO ANSWER, I left a message stating I had a reservation to pick up a truck at 9 am and no one was at the location, asking her to please give me a call asap. I still haven’t received that call back. I then called the manager again and he answered and I explained the situation stating I had made the reservation with him and no one was there. He said we don’t open until 11am so you will just have to wait. Then he said or you can just reserve it yourself online and pick it up in about 20 mins.. I asked him why he made a reservation for me to pick up at 9am if they weren’t going to be open and he said “look, just order it online OR WAIT till 11”. Extremely rude. I will NEVER rent again and I will be sure to tell every one I know not to as well. Once I returned the truck the assistant was there and said “how was your rental?” I explained that I was very disappointed in the service or lack there of that I had received to which she got an attitude. I stated that I had called and left her a message asking for a return call while waiting to pick the truck up earlier that morning and still hadn’t received that call back. She said, “we’ll we don’t open until 11” to which I said it’s after 12:30 now and you still haven’t returned my call, this was your mistake.” She just said, “Are you ready to return the truck?” Again extremely rude service, but I guess I shouldn’t expect anything more since the manager (owner) was just as rude. Never again!!!! NEVER
