Maybe if you are able to park some of the trucks in front of the store then that would be helpful to people who do overnight drop-offs so they won't have to go all the way around the building to return the keyPeter B.
This location is in a retail strip center so everything gets returned to the rear. Yet there's no doorbell or anything to facilitate your return. You have to drive around the center and go back into the front, then back to the rear again. There should at least be a doorbell or something at the back door with an option not to go back around to the front again.joseph Q.

It was difficult to locate if you look for the sign for O'Hanlon Service and Report. There is none. There is a U-Haul sign. The drop off location was a parking lot in a shopping center. The key drop-off was at a store front which is barely noticeable. I was looking for the service and repair shop. Confusing.Patrick S.

This location came through after u haul as a ahole failed huge. I was 2 hours into my drive to pick truck up to find out my truck was cancelled due to oeior customer refused to return my truck. U haul assumed i could move whenever they can find a truck on anotuer day. Ummmm NO! IT WAS MoVING DAY AND YALL MADE ME LOSE MY HELP. Then proceeded to send me 3 hours west waaaaaaay out of route to puck a truck up then harassed me on the day i returned to truck to return before my 48 hrs so the next customer was dumped on by yall like i was. Worst service ive ever had. No contact. No email or phone call to inform me my truck was cancelled. Id never recommend your crappy company to anyone that i respect.JENNIFER LEIGH J.

Only good things here-Debra, the UHaul associate was awesome! She really explained all safety concerns clearly. I appreciate that and employed her information for safe travel and journey. Debra is a Model for the kind of customer service I appreciate. I notice the fairly new tires and that was nice to see and the whole Cargo trailer was in great shape!Debra B.

Complete lack of customer service. Once again, I hate returning or renting from non-Uhaul locations. These private party folks have been awful everytime. They have no skin in the game. Thank goodness I could check in my trailer on line.Todd H.

Deborah was very rude when my family and I dealt with her numerous times. Initially the 26' uhaul we rented was rented for a whole day, I did that online and my husband and son went to pickup at 11am Sunday morning. They walked in- they've been vaccinated so according to the mask mandate now, they were supposedly okay. When they entered, she was very rude and demanded them to have a mask on or no service was to be given. They obliged and put some on, they went in and she was very rude and standoffish with both of them, my son kept speaking of her â€œbeing shortâ€ and â€œarrogant.â€ So they leave and we handle business. It turned out with the truck that we needed one more day with it. I called to follow up with them about this and she stated â€œNo no no, that truck is coming back here today, I can't help any of your problems and needing to keep the truck longer, that truck is going to Ohio and it's final.â€ Hang up. So I called the 1-800 number and was on the phone for 5 minutes, bam! It was extended! Upon returning the truck, she wouldn't leave the desk to come look at it with me, she was â€œwaiting on a phone call.â€ She stated she would email the final ticket/receipt, I left. I took photos of everything, including putting gas into it right before dropping it off as well as the gas level, she charged $15 for gas and it was at the correct marker when returning it. I call her after receiving the email receipt and ask her about this and she decides to tell me, â€œI don't know even if you put gas in it or what you did with the truck, it wasn't enough,â€ and moreâ€" as I'm talking to her she is interrupting me with every sentence I am about to speak and has such an awful attitude! She has no personable skills/qualities or people skills to be at that front desk! Was the service of the truck good? Running fine? Clean? Yes but was my experience good in between all of that, absolutely not. Kindness and understanding goes a long way and this gal does not have any of those. My recommendation to someone would be to Stay away from here (this location) if you want to keep your sanity! Absolutely no regard to customers period and makes it seem as if they aren't a good middle man for the actual Uhaul company because of lot valuing the customer!!!JEREMY DERRICK B.
The rules are unnecessarily complicated at the drop off location. It is my understanding the property managers are not particularly flexible which no offense, for the dump of a strip mall seems entirely unnecessary and also a self-fulfilling prophecy of failure for the property. I got there after the store front was closed and there was thankfully another gentleman was there with information as well so together we managed to make it work. I would recommend this Uhaul office, who were professional and helpful, to move as soon as possible to have a location that reflects the hospitality and customer service level of the staff.Danielle L.

I assumed we needed to park in the front lot next to all the other UHaul vehicles. So, that's where I parked and took the picture of the truck for the ap. On the key return box, it said to park in the back, so we moved the truck there. But, the ap would not allow me to re-take or even access a previous page on the return website, so, the picture is innaccurate.Allison W.
Erect signage for the appropriate return location. Having never been to your location, your verbal return instructions were very confusing. When I arrived there was absolutely no visible signage, but I remember that you said park it beside the others. I parked it beside the only other uhauls that were visible to me and I get a $45 charge for my efforts. I will require an enclosed trailer for my return trip, but I will never use your products or services again.JONATHAN B.

U-Haul ran me on quite a goose chase to pick up equipment. i made a truck reservation in Ft. Defiance, VA, 10 miles from my loading location. I was then transferred to Luray, and then to Troy. When I arrived in Troy, an hour+ drive from my location, there were no trucks. I was then transferred back to Harrisonburg near where I started. I also went on a similarly ridiculous goose chase for furniture pads and a tow dolly. I never did get all the pads I requested. U-haul seems to have no idea where their equipment is located and its internet and corporate reservation system is clearly broken. I like U-haul equipment, but I will definitely investigate other options next time.VERNON U.

The day I went to pick up the u haul, I had Two separate pick up locations. I called customer support and was put on hold for 25 minutes. My husband also tried to call them after my 25 minute long wait and was immediately patched through while I remained on hold. I need a clarification on three separate questions -one of which was which location I pick this up from since the website was showing me two., I requested a drop off at 2 PM and it was showing me on my reservation a drop off at noon, and I could pick the reservation up earlier since one of the pick up location closed at noon. The gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and condescending to the point where I said to him I don't appreciate your attitude, I just want my answers my questions answered and his response was well I could talk about your attitude. My husband and I were so upset by this blatant disregard for helping the customer that we contemplated canceling our reservation immediately. Our pick up location was a dump, and it was not easy to get the keys out of the lock box given the nstructions that we were given on the website. I do not think I will rent from you home teacher given our terrible experience.Kate L.
