Adam HI dropped the truck off at noon on Sunday, per the instructions on my rental agreement. I took the truck out from Chantilly with a 1/4 tank as was noted, and I returned it to this facility prior to it opening, with 1/4 of a tank. Tuesday this week, 2 days later, I received a supplemental bill for $60 for additional fuel. I dispute this charge and will not pay for someone else's fuel.
Tim BThere was room to leave the trailer the last time we used it, so we left our trailer at a side of their driveway. We've used that location three time already because it is the closest to us. It has instructions to call to confirm the drop off, but there is no reception and there is no human to help. We we never able to indicate that we dropped it off. It was not a problem, we were not charged any fees, but it was confusing.

Thomas RWas given a van with less than 3/4 of a tank of gas. Returned it with slightly more than that but was charged for 2 gallons at $10.50. Was not given a walk through at the beginning. Very dirty and broken van.
Matthew DMake sure the owner was informed in advance. I called the morning of and U-Haul had not made her aware that I was coming in and the truck needed to be prepped. also, she did not have number of sufficient pads. This location had been identified for me (and her apparently) only about 24 hours before when dispatch chnegd the location for pick up the third time.
