Communication issue occurred with regard to additional items that I rented (blankets and appliance dolly). Items were not in truck when I picked up, I didn't check for them (shame on me), had to drive all the way back. Owner of facility said that items were not on his load-out list, that I must have added them as a modified order. I had not added them after the fact; they were part of my original order. This cost me at least 10 miles of driving and an hour of time.

The service was fine, including the installation and availability of the trailer I reserved ... keeping in mind this was Christmas Eve. The site was a bit far from my home, but it was not exceptionally inconvenient. I'd have no hesitation to use it again.

Computer was not accessible by employee. Manager was called and he processed me online. Was given no paperwork because of computer. Vehicle gas gauge showed less than 3/4 tank of gas. Informed employee and she stated that it was returned that way and the contract would reflect that it was less than 3/4 tank. I asked her to visually inspect the vehicle and she told me she knew my statement was true and it would show that in the contract. Upon returning the vehicle a day early I was told that the vehicle gas gauge was logged in at full 3/4 tank of gas. I disputed that claim but told employee to complete the transaction and i would deal with Uhaul. I sent a more detailed email to customer service and hope this can be resolved soon.

I asked them to make sure tires had good treads and proper inflation, one tire was bald. Employee was rude, looked hungover or drunk...eyes were red. I would never go back to that location again, nor would I recommend them.

OCR Small Engine was great, but I originally reserved a trailer from another location and when I showed up, they didn’t have my trailer. I was asked to drive to another location way out of my way. This is unacceptable. I called OCR and they took care of me. If I order a trailer from a location with a reservation number, my trailer ought to be there when I come to pick it up. Otherwise, did list that location when I order it. It was a great inconvenience.

Although this location was 20 miles away from our house and someone from U-Haul messed up and placed us at different locations for two different rentals we were happy with this location. They got us in and out of there as quickly as possible .

I rent your trucks sometime up to three times a week. This is the first time I was charged $14.00 for insurance without being ask. I did not appreciate the surprise charge. This is not good business on his part. You guys are usually perfect in every way. Thanks

I ordered some moving tools and they were not in the truck when it was picked up. The man at the pick up location was not very helpful in getting the hand trucks and things I had paid for ready for me or in the truck.

When I left the gas station it had the same amount as when i picked it up they said it was 9/16th off and I had even took it to the car wash to make sure the back was clean she took the broom out there because there was a crayon in the floor which was there when i picked it up didn't think it was a big deal. They were not personable

No issues with the location. The people were nice. However, I was told I could return this trailer at any location when I rented it, but I recieced a text to return it to this location which was about 8 miles in the opposite direction of where I was going. I had to travel out of my way on both ends even after making a reservation. I will not use U-Haul again!!

6x12 trailer was well maintained and performed well. I noticed an intermittent right turn signal / brake light connection near the brake master cylinder, so I made sure to check the lights frequently.

I was charged for three days, when I had the trailer for less than two full days. 5/1/2018 3:57 PM pickup, 5/3/2018 2:20 PM drop off. When I asked the location, he had to as Uhaul. Uhaul main office messed up my reservation, charged me extra, I have sat online for hours waiting for a "live" chat, now on the phone for 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone. Very disappointed in Uhaul at the moment.

Your online rental experience is dismal. I selected a location- which you changed & were going to send me to a location that was out of the way for me. I changed it to another location & rented the trailer. In the end, you charged me for safe tow even though I had initially declined it. I assume when I declined your out if the way location and changed it to a more convenient location it defaulted the insurance back. I give U-Haul a failing grade for your online rental experience and would not recommend using it.

Our experience with the local places where we picked it up and dropped it off where fine, but the way the reservation was handled up front was not. We should have been told earlier than we were (the night before) that the truck we reserved was not gong to be at the location we specified. We wound up wasting 2 hours trying to find a truck of the right size, and we had to drive an hour to get it.

We were given the trailer with absolutely no instructions or help. We were just handed the key and turned away with it, so we drove off with it. Then we decided it would be too difficult, but we could not find a place to return it. We were told that the UHaul place nearer to our house would not take it because they don't take trailers, and the nearest place that does take trailers would not take it without charging for a "wrongful return place" fee. So we were stuck with it. We did finally figure out how to use it, but we wasted a lot of time feeling very frustrated over it. In addition, when we added the trailer to the original UHaul reservation, we were not told that this would change the PLACE where we would have to pick up the truck AND it would change the SIZE of the truck. These appeared in a confirmation email but they were not pointed out, and therefore we did not notice them until the day we were going to pick up the truck. These were disappointing because the pick-up place was farther away and the truck was larger than we wanted.

Great guy that owns the shop. Might be intimidating for someone who is not from here. Harmless older country boys in coveralls but very nice and helpful. Several people I know have had small engines repaired here as well and they all give him 5 stars.
