This is my second time renting a truck from here. They are always clean and well-maintained. The people are very nice and will work with you. 10/10 highly recommend.

The battery was dead when I went to picked up the truck. I had to use 30 minutes of my 7 hour rental to get a jump before we even left a lot.

Stephen VTruck was garbage. Broke down. My total bill should have been appx $110.00. Had the truck for just 5 hours. Truck broke down, called UHaul. You sent a service tech who could not repair it. So you sent a tow truck and towed it. Then billed me for a week worth of rental to the tune of $500.45. I have called many times with no resolution as of yet. I am currently on with customer service now. This is my last call. The next calls will be to the Attorney General of Florida and my credit card company to report this transaction as fraud. Now your customer service rep says I have to speak with a general manager to get this straightened out. Just credit my card the amount your have illegally charged me.
Lee DI returned the U-Haul 1.5 hours after the allotted 24hour request and was charged for two days. Need to have a prorated system or a slight grace period.

treneice wThey claim returns have one quarter tank of fuel even if it's over half a tank. Quote "see the red line". They charge for fuel and surcharge without ever putting fuel in the trucks.
ROBERT MThe truck had not been cleaned. It had broken glass and yard debris we had to clean. The door was wide open to the truck. It was on empty. Prior renter did not do check in properly. The neighborhood felt unsafe. Location of truck and key box was very far and confusing.
TIMOTHY SThe truck had a hole on the side. Didn't think much about it until we looked and noticed the truck exhaust bent (kink) to the side instead of straight back so someone cut out a hole instead of replacing the part. The trailer didn't have tags and got pulled over 20min before we go to our destination. The truck alignment is also horrible and pulls to hard to the left. Hands sore from gripping the steering wheel hard keeping it straight.

Demetra BIt took almost 45 minutes to receive my vehicle and trailer. The representative had me go and look for the trailer I needed and bring back the item code. Very poor location to use.

JOHNNIE HThe lady that assisted us wasn't friendly……my charge amount online was showing an amount of $69.00 total that's including the $15 insurance coverage….$7 furniture dolly and whatever tax includes now because of the cash app card I used she said it's a $30 fee so my total should have been between $99 or $106., but she charged me $160 with assuming my mileage would be 60 miles but it was only 32 miles used. So this experience wasn't pleasant and I was over charged
ROSEMARY CEmployee was friendly but the location is rough. Lots of mosquitoes, busted pavement, and in a curve.
TRAVIS HEasy drop-off, helpful in getting the trailer disconnected from the hitch.
Brian LCostumer service is not very good.
Kerselia BI was charged an overnight drop off fee and felt it was unwarranted. There was a hurricane coming, Debby, so I returned the trailer early Sunday evening. To avoid having to come out Monday during the hurricane. I called to get it refunded but was told not happening. He said I could have checked it in myself but, I wasn't told that before I took the trailer.

matthew oI received a truck that was wet (the side of the door was loaded with water) and full of mosquitos. I have allergies and I am still itiching from mosquito bites. Worth than this: I was charged because they say I returned a dirty truck but in reality the truck was already dirty to start with. The office is a dump and customer service is under expectations. I would like to receive a refund if the cleaning.

And the store 2 minutes before the actual uhau store is closed so why let me reserve a truck from there ? Unprofessional at its best and I STILL don't have the couch.

No legit paperwork and she charged me for dolly I didn't use after I reported the seal was already not replaced. She also tried to say I needed more gas after I just came from gas station and I took a picture of 1/4 and tank before I originally left. She has a terrible way of talking to customers and she is a smammer! Stay away!
Shawn MI was charged 60 extra miles upon return of truck. I also returned the truck with nearly a quarter of a tank more than I picked it up with. I was not given any documentation when I picked up the truck, and when I disputed the charge was asked "where is my picture proof?" RENTER BEWARE. This is the first time this has ever happened to me at U-Haul but is absolutely unacceptable.

Brenda PDid all the paper work and payed to go outside and find out you all didn't have a trailer with a ramp there.The guy refunded my money and found me the trailer I needed. But sense my money was refunded I have to wait 3 to 7 days to get it back. I needed that money to rent the trailer as this is inbetween paychecks and I am on a fixed income. I needed to move my sons toolbox for his new job. I am going to go out of my way for now on to never use your company and I am going to rell everyone how your company screwed me over not having the trailer then now giving me back my money as fast as you took it from me. You company needs to change how you charge and refund in such a tight economy. Hope you go belly up.

Sabrina SPlease advise customer this is a terrible location, this location likes to cheat their customers for their own financial gain. I return their equipment on the same date it rented it, they waited until three days later to check the equipment in. Then they tried to charge me for two extra days and a late fee. After arguing and showing proof of my return the owner then admits of theft on the property and wanted me pay to help for the loss. Terrible way to do business. They need to be put out of service. Please say away.
sean tEveryone got a different opinion but personally, my experience with this pickup location was very good especially when it was my first ever time renting a uhaul. I was really lucky cuz it was on a weekend and it was the only place that was opened. The lady that attended to me that day was very transparent cuz after i did my reservations with her over the phone, someone else tried to convince her in giving the already booked truck and she was never bias in doing so.
Abu KTruck was old and had a major crack in the windshield. Location was roughly 20 miles from my house and those miles were not factored in to my allotment for the rental.
Ryan FStaff appeared uninterested in the rental process and the truck parking area needs a lot of improvement. Narrow and steep dirt paths are the only entry and egress routes.

However, to the credit of the employees, we did receive a call to later that evening after business hours to come in and pick up the truck and trailer. One of the tire straps were broken on the trailer - asked if customer service could notate that in their system which they did - customer service shared that the chain should keep the vehicle in place should the strap not hold - was a potential to cause a hazard - The chain slipped off the tire midway through the move - no incidents or damage reported - The inside of the vehicle was well-maintained. - This was a one-way rental - The drop off location listed on the website and rental documents was incorrect. Was able to locate drop off location by driving around... - Would not have a reason not to recommend this location to a friend, as customer service was excellent, when it worked.
Damycah STry to get over on me by 290$ when I was in town and didn’t even go over 60 miles and I tally paid 80 for pre pay and never went over 80$ worth of miles had to file a bank claim to that location very unprofessional and unreasonable called and called no answer when they did pick up they told me that’s how much the uhaul cost which is crxay being that I did t even go far in my uhaul and put my own gas and left the truck clean and 5 hours early than drop off complete hole in the wall
Leondrel WWhen I received the truck there was no gas in it. I couldn't even start the truck and drive it less than a mile to get gas. I had to get a gas tank from the gas station to then refill the truck to drive it less than a mile.
David CIt did have dirt sand leaves, etc but we swept it clean and now it is A-OK.
