The location was closed. We downloaded the mobile app to do the drop-off since they were closed. Upon completion of the mileage/gas and photo input the online form indicated that all info had been successfully received & that the charge would be applied and a completion email notification would be sent. The bearings of the were bad and went out. Trailer catch on fire!!! Had to call 911 and waited 3 1/2 hrs on the side of a busy freeway for uhaul to get someone to tow the trailer. Then the movers used to get stuff out of one to the other broke my table and bikebrandy L.

I did not get a dolly nor did I get furniture pads but of course was charged for them not the first time either. :/ other than that easy and wonderful experience, did it all on my phone no one was in the office when I got there but I think one of the maintenence men who worked there helped me out, thank the lord.Christopher E.
I dropped off a little after they closed. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The only suggestion that I have for this location is to add more lighting. It was pretty dark and I'm not familiar with the area so I felt unsafe.Diamond B.

The parking situation was extremely confusing. Security wasn't great in the area and there was no clear indication where trucks are to be returned after hours. The only place to park the larger trucks was along a curb marked no parking.Michael K.

When we arrived we were accused of being late even though I'd confirmed the day before on the phone and was told anytime after 10. When he finally said we'd get the truck, it wasn't even ready and there was no dolly. This reservation was at least a month old. He was rude and unconcerned about his mistakes and unhelpful abound finding a dolly anywhere. We spent over an hour on the phone with Uhaul during which we were disconnected twice and were never told who to contact to find a dolly. I'm 68 and was loading with my daughter and granddaughter! I'm very unhappy with this office and your phone service!KAREN B.
The renting system was down yesterday so the employee had to call to get my transaction completed. After I was moved when the system was back up after I dropped the u-haul off, it charged me "safemove" when I declined that option originally.MICHAELANDREW S.

When I arrived to drop off my trailer, sign on the door stating would be back soon, no one answered the phone. I had to get out and walk around to figure out, on my own, where to drop my trailer. Being disabled, disconnecting the trailer myself proved difficult.RACHEL R.

Original contract was for $52. After we gave the truck back They charged us $12 more. When I called back, lady was unprofessional and explained the charges that we used furniture pads and a dolly. We never rented these accessories. Never. They just overcharge people after you return the truck. This what they do. I called them today and all they could day contact corporate to adjust the contract. Absolutely doesn't make any sense what corporate office has to do with this.VRAMMELIKOVICH H.

Over the past two weeks I've rented a 26' and 20' plus an 6x12 trailer. I've dealt with several locations and one by calling the 800 number. Let me say, with one exception, my experience with U-Haul has been a terrible experience. Trucks available but not working, locations not having what I rented, changes of pickup, dirty trucks etc. you may ask then why do business with U-Haul? The answer, you have a monopoly on truck rental and I have no choice. It has been a disappointment this time and other times. I truly wish you had competition. I go there Now the exception. I called your 800 number and talked with Paris. I was sick of your online system. Paris was a blast of fresh air. Not only did she understand my need but actually took the initiative to find a solution. It took a while but I did not mind because of her sweet disposition and her dogged desire to find an option that would work for me. Guys, let Paris teach your people how to help your customers and I'd bet many of us would return as customers. Great job Paris. Until that happens I pray I'll never need your services againJeff B.
