Received Truck with 1/8 of a tank and required by contract to return with 1/4 or greater. Ordered two wardrobe boxes at pickup not available. Engine light went on during travel to CT. All gauges were normal, assume oil change required.

This location, too, was difficult to find because there weren't any signs telling me it was a Uhaul drop-off location. I dropped off the key, then after I left the owner soon called me to tell me he was charing me $100 for the half-armchair in the truck that did not belong to me in the first place. Overall, I was charged for a piece of furniture that did not belong to me, and I had to pay for the Uhaul movers for two hours when they were only there for a half hour because of the delay Uhaul required of me to change. The whole day was an absolute mess and extra stress to an already hectic-moving-day.

The location was fine . the U-Haul App sucked!!!!!!!!! Fortunately there was a friendly customer service representative that spent over an hour with me to get the App to work correctly. First i arrived late for the pick up so i was locked out. The first rep i spoke wit fixed that in about 15 minutes. It still would not work, so i called back and spent over an hour wit the second rep. i was told I would receive a call from a U-Haul representative the day after I dropped the vehicle off since I did not agree wit the invoice. I did not use the blankets but was still charged $10. Did not enjoy the the turn in process either. Also why do you have to call people to ask if they know me? U-Haul called people after they had gone to bed. The lateness was due to the bad UHAUL App. I am borrowing a friends pick up next time!!

The truck wasn’t road worthy after picking up the truck when we got onto the highway. If you tried to go over 45/50 mph the truck felt like it was coming apart. Totally unsafe. I and upon returning it the parking lot was so congested. I had to wait 20 minutes just to get in a full refund should be in order and someone should talk to these people about the equipment.

Jimmy was extremely accommodating as we needed a van last minute van which he helped us make our daughters move a success. The van allowed for a full box spring, mattress, coffee table, sofa table, many boxes, etc. it had AC which was nice on a warm day and we felt safe and secure driving over 200 miles round trip Thank you very much for helping us move when we experienced unforeseen Troy le with our large SUV.

Not this locations issue. I had a reservation confirmation to pickup at 8a in Kingston Ma. The U-Haul app wouldn’t allow me to check-in. After waiting a half hour for a callback , then another half hour to then be told no truck was available at the location. I then had to drive a half hour to another location to get a truck . Then a half hour out of my way to Return to the location that wasn’t where my confirmation was. Horrible experience

Man behind the desk provides no drop off information knowing that you’ll be dropping the truck off after close. I was also charged for gas that was put into the truck, but nobody was there to check

The whole thing was terrible. The staff were incompetent and absolutely misleading and impossible to work with. There was one young guy that walked me through the app and more or less pressed all the buttons, did the uploads, and made it happen and he was not very good at it and he was the bright spot in the disaster.

i do regret to have to be negative, however, while the u-haul representatives were polite and pleasant they were inefficient and confusing in arranging the reservation, pickup and return of the truck. it was a classic case of "nothing was simple". very disappointing..

This was the easiest, most pleasant experience I’ve ever had renting from Uhaul. They were very nice and made the process quick & easy. I HIGHLY recommend using them. What a difference from other places! Also their pickups are New and clean and in excellent condition.

Poor customer service and they charged me for items they forgot to provide. I was toldId receive a call prior to processing my payment (to remove the items I never received) but my credit card was charged and I have yet to receive a call.

I hated the self check in when I returned the vehicle. I am not happy that a hour after I picked up the vehicle I received a text saying if I don't do this self check I am going to be charged $20. If I signed the rental agreement that did not mention this then you really can't charge me, since I did not agree to that. The site was great, though. I have rented there before and I will again.

Fix Lock Boxes so they work when code is entered, that way you don't have to wait for the attendant.

The online rental system and the customer service overall of uhaul itself is hilariously pathetic and aggravating. Will never use them again and will strongly suggest everyone around me do the same.

I have absolutely no complaints with this location however I originally went to the Weymouth location and I wasn’t treated very well also I called the one 800 number and I actually called the Weymouth location I was diverted to the one 800 number and then I was on hold for over 18 minutes with customer service so I’m unhappy with Uhaul as a whole but very happy with 969 Ocean St location

I was set up for mobile pickup at 7:00am The manager never enable a code location so I spent 2 hours with Regional office only to be told that I had to wait until 9:00 when office opened. I was also overcharged for a $7.00 dolly . This was a very frustrating experience.

The truck was clean but the driver felt as though mechanically, the truck did not feel safe to drive. The space in the back where our personal belongings were stored leaked and several items got wet and damaged. We originally called the UHaul location closest to us (for convenience) and got told we had to pick up the truck at a location further away. Then got three more phone calls telling us different locations to pick up the truck. Ultimately, we were told to pick up in Marshfield,MA which we did and then received a phone call from the Bridgewater,MA location asking if we were coming to pick up the truck there........overall a very confusing experience. The fact that we had to pay the extra mileage to drive out of our way to pick up and then couldn't drop it off at a location more convenient on the way back, which cost us an unnecessary (in my opinion) added expense, makes me hesitant to use UHaul again. I feel as though we are owed something, especially for the fact that our stuff got wet and damaged and caused us additional time and effort in our moving process. The gentleman at the Marshfield location was very pleasant and this is not a reflection oh him.
