When I got the truck it was 1/4 full. I returned the truck in 1/4 and submitted photos to Susan a uhaul rep and the field agent still charged me to fill tank and to get the gas. I'm upset because no one has followed up with my complaints and calls. I got truck in 12/18 at 10 and returned on 12/18 3pm. Gave the owner of establishment the keys he said he would check the truck in. Never didtavara T.

24/7 pick up was absolutely the worst experience. Took me 45-1hr to get the keys, and 30 min to drop off because of the app. It's terrible. I had to use someone else's phone to drop off because it wouldn't accept my pictures. Won't use again everCici C.

Had to use the 24/7 option due to limited operating hours of location and the lock on the box was not working properly. Had to stand in the rain while I worked with the lock to get the bar retracted.jeff W.
The truck itself had candy wrappers and sticky residue in multiple shots (pictures taken and provided to you). We also requested moving pads which weren't provided. We then waited on hold with customer service for 50 minutes (granted this was early AM on a weekend) to only receive the message that you couldn't waive the $10 cost of the pads because that rebate had to come from the location itself. The customer service rep did call the location and leave a message for us saying that they didn't include the pads and to please waive the $10. I see I've been charged over $300 already but have yet to receive a detailed receipt to confirm we weren't charged for them. Additionally, since they didn't uphold their part of the contract (moving pads), we had to drive 10 miles out of our way to buy them. This 20 mile addition cost us an additional $20 ($1/ mile) and time spent. While I understand mistakes happen, no one has followed up regarding this after multiple phone calls or have provided us a detailed receipt.David G.
Check in was a breeze, however in the middle of moving there was drug paraphernalia left in the back of the truck. When we alerted the vendor of this all we were told in a nonchalant way was to through this away. This added an unnecessary problem to an already tiring day.Kirby F.

The man there was very kind but the office was a disaster and the area a bit "sketchy". We were told at our original pick up location that we would be getting a $50 credit because the truck we reserved was not available because someone else did not return it on time. We agreed to go to this location to get a van and then had to make 3 trips across Indianapolis to move everything. We would appreciate the $50 being taken off our bill. GraciasPHILIP ANDREW F.
The location was good and the wormwr at Obpersa Computers was extremely.professionL and went above and beyond to help us mKe sure we got our truck by coming back after hours to the pick up location. HOWEVER, I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN UHAIL AS A COMPANY, AS THE APP SERVICE WAS DOWN AND WE COULD NOT GETOUR UHAUL AT THE TIME I RESERVED. WE DID NOT KNOW WHEN THE SYSTEM WOULD BE UP AND WORKING AND THEREFORE LOST OUR MOVING QORMWRS AND OUR MOVE COULD NOT BE DONE. I reserved an appliance hand-truck that was not in the vehicle. It was imperative that I had one for the large cabinets I was moving. I had to spend over an hour of my time looking for one, finally going to Home Depot and having to pay nearly $100 to rent one.Nathanael P.

This was a bad experience over and people should not been sent to this site to pick up a truck. The location isn't very well marked and has nothing to do with UHaul as far as customers are concerned. No way of identifying it at all. If don't have a truck at the main location this isn't an acceptable work around. Getting the key and dropping off was not acceptable. You shouldn't have to been locked in to receiving services through internet. Not everyone has access or is comfortable down loading sensitive personal information on line.RODERICK B.
When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the app didn't work and no one was there to walk me through the process. Once someone showed up the reservation had been cancelled. The reservation iou on was reestablished at a rate almost $200 more than originally paid for.Timothy J.
