I had to dig out my tow dolly from behind other tow dollies. No help. One guy in maintenance shop sitting on a forklift watching me. 3-4 people in office. Same thing on return. Customer service? Not at this location.

The only thing that I didnt like was the fact that not every truck had a furniture dolly or dolly. I had to rent both individually the dolly for $10 and the furniture dolly for $7. The fact that this cost was unforeseen left me the only bitter taste of hidden fees. Lastly I do recall that upon rental the agent did in fact mentioned a 19 cents a mile fee in the city which ultimately was changed to 99 cents after signature. Both of these fees are not applied in the Midland Odessa area which I'm very familiar with from many prior rentals. I left thinking was this a sale agent upcharge only, are the sales agents aloud to change the charges from customer to customer deals. Upon arrival to uhaul the prices weren't very transparent from the begaining but instead I was referred to only one agent in charge of the rentals. This only intensified the suspicion of changing price based on who knows what?

This place sucked. The customer service was awful. Their equipment return area is not an equipment return drop off. I did not get any help from the staff there. Literally everything is wrong about this place. They sent me off to fold up the blanket and put them up for them, then back the trailer out of the equipment drop off return and park it in back by myself. I had no help unhooking the trailer. The lady checking me in was rude and awful.

They were friendly and helpful, especially when I had to move the pick up date to one day in the future from the original pick up date.

Two of the four tires were low on air pressure. One was down to 30 psi. On a previous rental on the same size trailer we had a blow out on one of the tires. I can only assume it was caused by low pressure. I didn’t check them before leaving.

Tried to let the personnel know that I had only was suppose to put back a little over 3/4 tank of fuel the gage got stuck resulting in overfilling, they was very rude in telling me I wouldn’t receive a refund I also turned the truck in early which I should have received a refund in the total cost, not happy with these guys at all

I have rented U-Hauls before and any other time at all locations they’re always eager to help hook up & unhook. No one at the location even bother to help me hook up the trailer. They just sent me to the back to get it myself. I know how to hook up a trailer, but U-Hauls are a little different seeing how they don’t have a jack and you have to lift them up. It was extremely heavy. Would’ve been nice to have some help. At drop off it was they same way unhook and put it back all without assistance.

Employees did not know what they where doing..one would tell one thing then something else.they did not know what the other was doing.when picking up uhaul..guy had my son go to back of lot and see if a truck was there..after I had already reserved it over phone..

I did not ask for the haul insurance but they charged me anyway. When I to,d them about it a few minutes after the charge went thru they said they would reverse the $28 charge. They didn’t

2 major problems. First, they did not leave the truck out for me to pick up. Second, as part of the remedy, I wasn’t supposed to be charged for the rental, well, I was.

The car dolly was not what I needed even though it was said it would fit putting the car on it my bumper cracked and snapped die to takedowns being bent inward. I had to leave it where it was due to it not being able to fit . I took the insurance as well but have yet to find out if it will cover the damage .

The dollies were not in the truck yet I was charged for them. Thank goodness I had some of my own. Plus there were blankets thrown up in the truck. Not packaged as usual.

Knowing that there was a problem with the contract. I dropped the tow dolly off at a location in Big Springs. I call San Angelo U-haul to notify them of the drop off. I was told that, location was closed for 8 day and my drop off could not be check in. I would be considered late. I drove back, re-hook. To take it to another location. I call that dealer to make sure it was checked in. The location was a used car lot. Wasn't marked very well as far as a U-haul dealer. Not very helpful, but yes it was check in. My dealings with U-haul have been very good up to this point. I have rented trucks and trailer with no problems in the past.

The people were friendly and helpful. The grounds were not neat and professional looking, but that was minor as everything and everybody worked well and smoothly.

They lie to customers and when confronted they use the excuse "thats what our manager said..." and then the manager uses the excuse that "someone" told him. Its always someone above them.... total bs.
