CHARLES NEspecially friendly and efficient. I like these community locations, especially ones with retail selection which can make the visit twice as productive. Oasis is very convenient and is a. Mini-lumber yard for the community.

LEIGHTON RYoung man wanted me to back up into traffic and park the trailer. I am a 71 yo woman. I had to ask him if he could move it with his tractor. He was rude and acted like a brat . I think I disturbed his lunch. He said I was done and I asked him for a receipt. Something to show I had returned the trailer. He did not know how to give me a receipt. I took a picture of his computer screen. I don't believe I have received an email to verify receipt. I gave him my email address so he could send me the return information.

Nicole SI am shocked that I was instructed shortly before reaching the drop off agreed to that I was to drive to a different town to drop it off because the original location didn’t have room for the car transport. I drove past and they had plenty of room!!! So basically you used my fuel and time to do YOUR job!!!! Unacceptable. My 2 cats had to sit in a kennel for an extra hour.

rodolfo uI'm not sure what you could improve. I rented from Oasis Rentals in Los Osos, Ca. Joaquin was the one who assisted me. Super awesome, helpful, friendly, very professional and courteous guy. I definitely would recommend Oasis Rentals if someone needed to rent or buy equipment.
Tory WMake the vehicle reserved available. Upgrades aren't always the answer. I was upgraded from 20 to 26' truck but didn't want it because of gas and fear of driving. Used a 15' and now have to make another 300 Mile trip.

Wendy LI'm not sure if it's possible to fix, but the firewall in the cab of the 20ft truck was terrible. It got really hot in there, especially around my feet and calves.

ROLF CI would say that most times I rent a Uhaul, which is quite often for jy business, the location I need to pick it up, that I reserve it for, ends up being changed to a different, inconvenient location. I don't know why Uhaul chooses to do this, and why they offer an ideal location only to change it. This Uhaul facility was very nice, very helpful, but added a total of 2 hours to my day with extra driving out of town to pick it up, as well as additional milage and GAS, which in this current climate makes a HUGE difference. I would like to see this change, and I would like to pick up my Uhaul at the location that was offered, and chosen, because I certainly choose it for a reason. Thank you.

DOUGLAS LThe $19.99 a day truck rental ended up costing us $65.00! For a single drive to and from Home Depot in SLO. We had the truck for a total of 2 hours. This is an outrageous bilking of the customer whose car is too small to pick up large items and get them home. Never again!!!

SAMUEL RRate per mile is excessive, and wasn't disclosed. U-Haul making money by selling the rental rate, then cashing in on the per-mile. A/C didn't work, but truck did what I needed it to do.

Roger SVery easy to return truck after hours curbside. The uhaul app is a a broken waste of time, so I was unable to complete the process to document the return. I just left the key in the box and 10 min after the place opened the next day I received my final invoice with 0 extra charges. So this location is great.
