That he had to drop the trailer off in Yreka. This is unacceptable. We are now home in California with our vehicle that we towed from Texas sitting in Redding 3+ hours away. We want a full refund.

Originally booked for 6 days waiting on my truck to be fixed, it was done in 2 days I returned the pickup on 3 rd day and the charge was $2.00 less than for 6 days originally, something wrong here!

No dogs on premises. Real of for dogs and either diarrhea, vomit, passed in the 30 minutes my dad was there!! He, and another client had to step outside the office stunk so badly then and it was terribly cluttered and small. The owner, old guy, doesn't seem to be able to organize his thinking or understand the computer program. He couldn't find my order. My dad, Paul Shelley, had to re-rent the truck. I also had a very difficult time making my order online. I tried online, through the app and calling. For some reason the truck wasnot filled with gas but we still took it. Then when I went to fill it, it wouldn't take more than$80. I have a suburban so I knew that wasn't enough. And I regularly have to pay over$100 to fill my suburban so I know it wasn't my card!! Please let me know what will be done about this situation. I need to know things will change. This experience made me feel uncomfortable, embarrassed and that I didn't trust the company! Kristene

Building is disgusting and I don't ever want to go into that office ever again. Trailer was okay but bent up a little bit. But the location of the vehicles and trailer is extremely disgusting. Looks like it's a break room, living room and smoking area for who I believe to be wiener and friends. Stinks too

Check inside of unit to be sure ALL equipment is inside that you asked and will be billed for. I asked and was told the utility dolly was inside but i took them at their word. Got to destination and No Dolly. My bad for not checking. I also had so called help in moving and did not know this until after I paid the bill, so got charged for 2 days use. Have it all done right by being there yourself.

My reservation was made for Orland, CA but ended up having to drive to two Redding uhaul locations. Which caused me to spend nearly 3hrs driving around because your system had an error. The location I was finally able to get the trailer from did not clean it out. I found broken fishing lures and tobacco cans in the back...

Office was very dirty. Truck was full of bugs outside. Windshield had to be scrubbed by me at home. Would not recommend. Only one person in office and one outside to get supplemental equipment.

It was a little run down of a spot but that didn't keep me from going down here. The person working there was great. Quick. And the rental went perfect. So this is a good review because not much of a wait. When you go to the U-Haul on cypress it's slow as hell. I'll use these small locations form now on.

My order was transferred here from the Cyprus location adding an extra 13 miles to my trip that I had to pay for. The building for check-in and check-out was scary, filthy, cramped, and filled to the brim with personal items. This location could have been on an episode of hoarders. There was approximately 4 feet to stand in and needless to say social distancing was not followed.

David was very courteous and professional. I did have to travel 4 hours round trip to pick up the truck. Wasn't happy but was thankful for an available truck. Considering all the fires, people were renting trucks to leave the state so there was a shortage of available trucks. Thank you U-haul.

I am not happy. I called and set the rental to be picked up at the Cypress location for a 26' one in town trip. I set this up with scheduling not reservations.. BUT the truck was not at the Cypress store...it was at Oasis. This very upsetting plus the sales man was rude and asked me if I wanted to cancel. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THE CYPRESS STORE??

The site was filthy. Beyond Filthy! No where to stand, sit. The manager was watching TV from his chair and the TV was blaring. There were dogs running around and negative signage everywhere. I will never go back there again. You really need to send someone in there.

Our reservation was confirmed for 9am. The owner of the business didn't even show up until 9:45am and gave no apologies or explanation for why he was late. The location was filthy and resembled a unkempt junk yard. I would absolutely tell everyone to avoid this location.

Do you to Covid our escrow was late in closing. We called the U-Haul people our situation. We told him we needed to extend our time. Make a long story short our Movers were delayed by two days which made us have to expand the trailer additional days out. When we returned the trailer the U-Haul company was yelling at my husband he has a mental illness. The man David was yelling at him and his wife and another man in front of people. We did not have any problem paying the extra money for using a U-Haul but they yelled at us because they wanted to run it out to another couple. We do not have cell service at the location we are at in the mountains and cannot tell them we were a few more hours late. I told them we would be in that night or in the morning and we found it in the morning. I am ready to file a lawsuit against U haul Because of how they treated my husband he has a mental illness. Nobody should be yelled at in any business. They also told us they were going to charge us an additional $1800 because we've made them lose a customer. So they threatened us. I will never recommend it

The store is dirty, musty, smells, and the employees are less than helpful. There was little explanation as to the paperwork or process. There was little communication. There was little help. The trailer was filthy on the inside and had a tire that was leaking air I was not told about and only found out when it was flat a couple days later.

Scary location, with a run down building and a large collection of non-operational vehicles onsite with a subject who looked like a transient living in a car onsite who identified himself as an employee of the business, who told us he was the person responsible for the uhaul returns.

The gentleman was nice and that is the only positive thing about this place. His office was disgusting I'm not against some disorganization and some dirt but I could barely walk in there. The Cargo Van was filthy. It was not cleaned after it went out last time. Their l was coffee splattered all over the inside of the van. From the driver side to the Passanger. I felt like I could not set anything down because the floor in the van was so grimy. I had to wipe the steering wheel down to drive it. If I was not so pressed for time I would have declined the rental. I have lots of pictures to support my comments. I will absolutely never rent from there again. I am very surprised that Uhaul allows someone with this standard to be a vendor for them.

Hours posted online say 7am-7pm. I show up at 7:50 am and no one is there. I was supposed to pick up a car dolly at 8 am and had to hit the road. Kept calling, nothing. The owner shows up at 8:10. He apologized and I do forgive him. It is just unreliable business and was frustrating. He also complained about this one guy that was coming over and was rude to him. All things I would never do in front of a customer. I hope this helps.

The location is VERY Convenient, always in and out pretty quick there's never a line. Very friendly employees, my only and biggest concern is that I was overcharged and I was Over charged twice on the same transaction. I was told this was fixed But it was not fixed and is now showing as a double overcharge on my debit card statement.

Starting fuel gauge reading was incorrect. When shown to attendant, my paperwork was corrected but the computer was not updated. Told me if there was a problem at check-in to have them call him in Redding.
