Arrive to pick up my rental and they were closed. Waited 45mnts for them to arrive. They also messed up the drop off i have requested and send it somewhere else. Make my trip longer and late.
Eduardo D.I was supposed to pick up at a different location and was never notified. Showed up and no truck. Had to drive to the other location to get the truck.
BARRY B.I was billed for 4 days, but only used it for one day. Used the service for 7.5 hours and was returned. Yet I'm billed for 4 whole days.

Texas I cleaned the I side pofcab windows and swept the cargo area out. The Killeen turn I. Place the guy was very nice. Oh I was impressed how good mileage the truck got.

Owen E.the trailer was old and the places inside to tie down items being carried were missing and the openings in the rails along the sides were so small, no rope could pass through. It was tedious and difficult to try to secure the load because of the tiny openings and there were only two loops in the front floor corners. . .all others non existent.

CLAIRE B.Oil level was a quart below minimum when picked up so I had to add oil. This locations computer system did not interface with u haul so agency had to call uhaul to coordinate. Both counter personnel were very polite and apologized for the wait. Truck was ready on time and clean.
