GORDON B.Not a thing. Oakwood Tire was very helpful and kind. They helped me to upgrade the truck when I found the one I originally wanted wasn't large enough, and I ended up with the perfect truck for my needs and made a really tough moving experience a little easier.
TODD S.I would recommend having inventory on blankets checked in advance of pick up. They did not have the blankets I had reserved. The guys, Matt and Mike gave excellent customer service over the phone and in person, they were great!!!

If they didn't reach me by phone, why didn't they try via text or email which the system has on file. This failure to communicate effectively made my journey disastrous.

Said that if not there; a convenience fee would be applied. I topped off fuel tank and think the “convenience fee†threatened should be refunded me for the additional time, distance, and convenience of delivery to requested spot. George B.You don't need to rent trucks from a location if they are unavailable. I had to drive another 30 min to get the truck which took time, gas, and mileage. The agent was not even apologetic.
