Will never use uhaul again. This is the second time we reserved a truck and had a issue. Our first experience they overbooked our truck. This time we reserved the biggest truck u had with 2 heavy duty dollys. We never got the dollys or the main big dolly for moving fridges and other appliances. None of the local store had any nor answered the phone. Our main goal for the day was moving not calling and sitting on hold for 2 hours via phone wait time. Just a trash companyJEREMY L.

Add an employee or two! My van was still dirty from what seemed like a landscape company had used it. It had not been SANITIZED or wiped down at all. Seriously, two words delta variant! And I was over charged by about $100. I'm still trying to get a refund for that. If this is the case I will never use uhaul again. Completely disappointed.RICHARD R.

The woman who works behind the counter was very rude and not friendly at all. I tried very hard to be kind to her but she just couldn't be bothered and her attitude was bad and treated me like dirt. I feel she needs to have training in people skills and learn how to treat people with kindness. That is my recommendation for her going forward. How would she like to be treated like that the way she treats other people. I was very disappointed both times I came there she was rude!!!DONNA K.

The contract said there was 3/8 of a tank of gas. There was not. They said to return it at 3/8 of a tank, I returned it with more. Inside was beat up. But, overall, I got what I needed done.Tiffany S.

Make sure you verify with representative everything to do with reservation and rental. Verify and make sure the location has checked the equipment extensively from the prior rental. Have location check and access Roadside notes so they can see what happened with equipment. Only location in area which had size vehicle needed for amount of time and messed that up even.MATTHEW SCOTT G.
Customers should understand that when one person is late returning the truck, it affects everyone else who is scheduled to pick up a truck that day and sometimes the next day too. Please remember you are not the only one who needs to move and be considerate of the next person by returning the truck at the time you are scheduled to return it. Thank you, OSSJOANNA G.

My reservation was at 9am. I had to wait until 10:30am when someone returned my truck late. I wasn't accommodated other trucks of the same size because they were going â€œfartherâ€. The lady offered to charge me 99 cents for mileage instead of $1.29 for the inconvenience. I even remind her of what she said when I returned the truck, and she still agreed to the .99. A day later I see my final bill to discover she DID NOT give me the discount she agreed to. And it's Impossible to get a hold of them by Phone. Never experienced this with Uhual. Will not be going to this location again.Monique M.
1. Despite having an online reservation I had to wait in a Very long line out the door at 10 AM because Only one employee was working inside. It was about a 10-15 min wait. 2. Truck was dispatched to me with one mile higher than what was on the paperwork provided to me. I had a busy day ahead of me. Given the lack of employees available and the long line I didn't have time to go back and dispute this.Harry D.

When I got there (9:00AM), no one was there. Had 2 young men to help me get a couch into a van I had reserved. UHaul person told me it would only cost me $10 more for a truck with 3 seats. I took the larger truck. Woman did not point out that the transmission was in haul or tow mode and took much more gas. i did not notice and so used much more gas until I saw it. Brought the truck back at 3:00PM that same day. No one was there. I had thought someone would want to check out the truck and agree on mileage. I stupidly left my wallet in the truck (from gassing up). Was leaving on a trip the next day; went crazy looking for wallet all night and next day. Finally figured out where i might have left it. People were waiting for me, etc. Tried to call UHaul where I got truck several times. No one answered. Drove over there and they had it. No call, no email, nada. The lady who was there (different than day before) was not in office, but I could hear someone was on the phone ( she never got off). I did get the wallet--thankfully. When I looked at my receipt, I saw that the mileage for the larger truck was way more and so it was more than $10 difference. Also contract erroneously said I returned truck the next day. Have rented lots of vehicles....sometimes from UHaul. Never again.CONNIE S.

Will never use this location again. They double booked the 15 ft u-haul truck. So I had to downgrade to a 10 ft u-haul truck. Made it very difficult to move everything that weekend. Could only do half the rooms.... in the timeframe I scheduled for the 15 ft truck we needed still waiting for a credit to be added for the inconvenience very disappointedJEREMY L.
