Check out the truck before letting it out to the next customer, this truck was DISGUSTING IN THE CAB AND THE BACK OF THE BOX IT SELF.
DENNIS ODirty inside. Gas gauge didnt work properly according to the paperwork where it shows the lines for filling fuel and they charged me even after me filling it to where the paper said.

jorden dThe gas tank gauge NEVER correlates with the amount on the contract. Although I took the loss, I have pictures as proof. Next time I will inspect the gas tank and the contract, which is a waste of EVERYONE's time.

Robert AThe guy who met me to get the uhaul was telling me he was in a hurry. Wouldn’t even help us connect the trailer uhaul to our truck. Neglected to tell us that our ball hitch was too big. He left and said he had to go somewhere. So I was left alone trying to connect to the hitch, meanwhile, the uhaul trailer was backed up into a guardrail on a hill. I had to go to lowes and buy a smaller ball hitch, come back and try and pull out the trailer from the hill with the security ropes that connect under the truck. So I wasted half my day trying to do this. So I had to keep the trailer and additional day. And got charged even though I had so much trouble even getting the trailer connected without help.

Would NEVER go here again and would NEVER recommend this place to a friend. I’ve heard that he has treated friends this way as well. Very unprofessional and impatient.

donna sThe engine had no oil which is dangerous. So I would say to make sure each truck has oil in it before giving it to customers. So they don’t have to scramble to find a UHAUL location near the location they are if something bad happens when their driving. Such as burning smells and dash lights that says need oil. Since roadside assistance is not always roadside assistance .If they can actually come to your location not to take hours to do so .

Carlo CMy issue was not with either location, but rather with Uhaul itself. I did not receive the truck I was guaranteed upon making the reservation, nor was it in the location promised. Instead it was several miles away, and the hours were not made clear over the phone, so when I rushed to get there the branch was closed. I wound up getting my truck more than 24 hours after my initial reservation. Uhaul should not guarantee what it cannot deliver on. Throughout this process I requested to speak with a manager several times and was told that they were either not in the office or they would call me back, which never happened. I have only ever had good experiences renting from uhaul, which is why it was such a shock to have such a miserable experience this time.
