I rented a uhaul trailer. Like I have several times over the past two months. I extended the contract twice because of unforseen moving problems. When I asked for a different drop off location for it to be more convenient they told me it would be an extra 180 dollars. This doesn't make much sense to me. There are uhaul places all over the United States. Uhaul has a monopoly over the non commercial rental companies. Change off drop off location should not constitute a charge twice the amount of the rental. I explained that my moving situation had changed and mentioned the multiple previous rentals and was still not offered any discount on the situation. I will be exploring other options in the future when renting a trailer and recommending that other friends and family do the same bc of this experience. Not to mention that after driving an additional 4 hours to drop off at original drop off I was told there where still gonna be additional charges. Companies of this magnitude loose sight of what brought them to that point. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THIS SHOULD ALWAYS BE NUMBER ONE!!!!
