Philip STruck had lots of dirt and dust in back from flooring debris. Seems odd that a flooring company is in charge of uhaul rentals and flooring debris is in the truck . Nails and pieces of wood were inside of truck .

luz tI simply dropped off the vehicle using the app made it pretty easy. You just simply take a picture of the odometer and the fuel and make sure that there’s no damage. You record that in the app and you put the keys in the lock box. Pretty straightforward and Excellent

Rosalyn FI was told an incorrect distance estimate so I put in a lot more gas than I needed before the trip. The gas tank was 1/4 filled when I picked up the truck and was returned with 1/2 filled. More than 7 gallons $40 gas was put in .Only 6 miles was driven Please credit me at least $30 . U-Haul should not take advantage freebies from a customer. Thank you. Lydia C.
Lydia CAll in all, I spent about 50 minutes or more checking the truck in and out. I consider myself tech savvy and have fully functional smart phone, so the problem was not on my end. Inside of the truck was rather dirty and could use a vacuum. The cargo had broken glass shards in it. Outside of the truck was filthy. The mobile pickup option was probably the most inconvenient process I have ever had to deal with. The truck had damage on every side, yet the stock photo was of a pristine brand new truck. I’m glad I got the insurance because I could only imagine getting nickel and dimed for preexisting damage to the truck. The website was clunky and the identity verification process was a complete waste of time. Returning the truck was no better, as it required location services to work flawlessly with no option for assistance, then redundantly taking a photo of the truck where it was parked. I would not recommend this service to a friend or my worst enemy as it would be too cruel.
Brian FWhen I made the reservation online, I didn't realize that they business was closed (New Years Day), My screw up. I called their number, no answer, but they owner did call me back and came right over to rent me the cargo van. Excellent Customer Service!!! and a really nice man.
Penny Bthis whole experience was a fiasco , dirty truck, i was directed to the wrong truck and key didnt work . wasted 2 hours waiting for help on phone . had to pay movers fot 2 hours of standing around while i tried to get correct truck- never again , and never recommended
